  1. Good for you Chef! I respect a self-made man. Someone who works hard, makes good decisions, and achieves instead of making excuses and waiting for a handout.
  2. Good choice. Never heard of Root Boy Slim until now. Warren Zevon is known (by most people) for Werewolves of London, Lawyers, Guns, and Money, and maybe Excitable Boy. He has a lot of other good songs though, here are a couple... Strike it up and Accidentally like a martyr
  3. Started out winning The wheels have become wobbly Might fall off Sunday
  4. Tree Top Flyer I can dance
  5. You're dead on. If the Bills go in for a TD on that drive, the game has a totally different complexion, probably ending with a Bills win. It just didn't happen and Mangina was taken off of the hook.
  6. RUN and stop the RUN.
  7. At least there wasn't a... JP Would have won this game thread.
  8. Or Robert "suck out loud when it matters most" Royal.
  9. ...and photograph evidence to prove it!
  10. That is one positive that I did notice today. Fine did look pretty good. Hopefully we can see more of him and less of Royal.
  11. Let's dig into joe the 6 pack's background and see if there is any dirt we can use against him to ruin his life.
  12. All right, kumbaya. I'm going to crack open a cold one and check out the late games. My blood pressure is down a few points. The problem is, I can't shake the feeling that I've seen this movie before.
  13. Are you kidding me Murra? Freaking out without thinking? The Dolphins finished 1-15, the Jets 4-12, and we lose to both of them. So what, is it time for a schitz-n-giggle fest? You are so not money and don't even know it baby.
  14. Hey man, I was there pulling for this team till the bitter end. When Favor threw the pick 6 I thought we could pull it out. I've been a fan of this team for at least 33 years. It doesn't mean that I have to be giddy about this current decade of futility. Now, having lost 3 of 4, things don't look so !@#$ing good. So scuse me while I vent a while.
  15. So, what are you saying? That I should be doing freaking cartwheels that we just lost back-to-back division games? One at home in front of a crowd that deserved a much better performance. The other to a Miami team that blew up their roster last season and are in the infancy of a rebuilding process. This doesn't sit well with me. Sorry if I don't embrace defeat as willingly as you do.
  16. Gotta be a misprint in the box score, Right?
  17. ...Well it looks like they're going into Foxboro with a full head of steam.
  18. ... And who the hell do you think you are eating steak when some people have to get by on Ramen noodles? The fair solution is to take money from you, give it to the Ramen noodle eater and then there will be equality. Fish sticks for everyone!!!
  19. Back to Dickie J. I wouldn't go as far as "fire him now". But WTF was the hurry to extend Skeletor all about? Were GM's all around the league just clamoring to bring in Dick Jauron, I don't dink do. Now it looks like we're stuck with him.
  20. Good one. I'm sooooooooo glad that Ralph extended Dick.
  21. I'm sure you will have your fair amount of ooober homers that will sing that tune. They will be the same ones that IF the Bills lose against NE, will say "at least we're still above .500". The fact is, it's absolutely disgusting that this team has dropped 3 out of 4 games. Two of them, (Miami and NYJ) were teams that won a COMBINED 5 games last season. But some fans have the rose colored glasses permanently attached to their faces. They will go down singing that ever optimistic tune, just like the band on the Titanic.
  22. I've never been sold on Jauron. He's a career sub .500 coach.
  23. Yeah, that was a terrible challenge. If we had that timeout, then we may have been able to take a chance at the end of the half. Instead Jauron called one of his favorite plays, "run for the locker room".
  24. That's the spirit!! NOT
