You seem to be able to quote me fairly well, do you have an example of an intelligent quote from Dick Jauron? As far as I can tell, the smartest thing that he has done is dupe Ralph Wilson into allowing him to coach for 3+ seasons.

Anybody? Anyone? ... I'm sure someone can come up with a few pearls of wisdom from the sagacious leader of this team.

Dick Jauron has a reputation of being an intelligent guy. He's been here for three seasons and I challenge anyone to provide a quote or insightful statement from Dick that backs up this reputation. I can't think of one. ... unless you count "it's hard to win in the NFL."

I agree with you here, Bills fans are clearly among the very best, they do deserve better. But this year, it appeared to me, that this group actually did not care about winning. We got empty, emotionless rhetoric out of DJ week after week during his post-loss press conferences. Name another team in the league that would accept this. It's pathetic and an all-time low for this franchise. Ralph is out of touch and has surrounded himself with "yes men" that will go along with his decisions. As far as abandoning this team goes, I am done. This camel's back is broken. I've questioned why I follow this team (during this season's slide) it's not a rash decision. Following this team is like buying a ticket for a ride in a submarine with screen doors.

Apparently you people are just a bunch of natural born losers who love misery. If you want to pay good money to support a team that allows the Dolphins, Jets, Pats, Browns, and 49ers to come into RWS and B word slap them, then go right ahead, you get what you deserve.

Bill, I am shocked that you are reacting this way. I had season's for three years during the glory years, been a fan for 36 years, but this is it for me. I understand rooting for this team through losing seasons. But at some point, doesn't the organization owe it to the fans to put a winning team on the field? This just sends a message to the players that losing is perfectly acceptable. Look at the Jets and Broncos, what message was sent to the players on those teams? It' that close isn't good enough. NE will come back more determined than ever. Miami will be a young and confident defending division champion. The Jets WILL bring in a WINNER at HC. The Bills will have no chance of competing in the division under Mopey Dick next year. You saw the flat, uninspired, heartless efforts this team put forward this season. It was heartbreaking for me to watch. I'm done suffering as a fan of this organization. I'm also amazed how anyone could support this garbage.

Dude, the way I see it is that I am not giving up on the Bills, the Bills organization has given up on it's fans.

That's the logical, sane reaction. This decision just acknowledged that losing football is acceptable to this organization. Any season ticket holder that renews is nothing but a sucker. R.W. is banking that one is born every minute.

0-6 in the division. 3-5 at home. 7-9 for the 3rd straight year (with one of the easiest schedules you could possibly ask for). If Dick isn't fired, I'm done with this team. This team IS talented enough to make the playoffs now. Mopey Dick just can not motivate his players to perform at their best possible level. Nice guy I'm sure, but not a winner. It is so obvious that he needs to go. If he had an ounce of integrity, he would resign. Sure the players love him because he's soft and pampers them. He doesn't push them to be their best. It would be totally pathetic and unacceptable if the Bills retain this proven loser. At some point, the team that you pledge your support to must show that they care about winning. This season, I've seen nothing out of this team, coaching staff, and owner, that they are seriously committed to making a deep playoff run. If things don't change soon, I will definitely give up on putting myself through the misery of being a fan of this team. I don't know about you guys, but I usually feel like crap for at least 2 days after a loss. I seriously doubt if players on the team even care that much. So, why should I? The first step would be to cancel my Sunday Ticket that I've had for nine years. Secondly, I won't give a damn about their off season moves. But hopefully someone in this organization will come to their senses and run Dick out of town.
