  1. Wow, what a firecracker. I almost fell asleep reading Jauron's quotes. He must have the same affect on the players during meetings. More of Dickie J's Gee Whiz," it's hard to win in the NFL" attitude. This guy will NEVER be a winner and I can't wait for the day that he is sent packing.
  2. I really liked that quote too. Glad the Bills are at the top of the list. Who else is on your list Dick? Are you a fan of the Patriots? Does it make you particularly happy when Belichick spanks your arse? Are the Jets and Dolphins on your list? Wow what a great attitude. No wonder disappointed Dick is a career loser.
  3. When I began replying, the last post up was at 6:59. I was sidetracked here, so I know it looks like I ignored some info, the fact was, I didn't see those posts. In your OP, you didn't mention that he left 3 mo's prior. I really don't think It matters though. It's apparent that right now the economy is contracting. A man's #1 responsibility is to his family and home. You've got to put food on the table, and I think you shouldn't begrudge your friend's current position.
  4. Take a deep breath and cut the guy some slack Pooj. The CC garage sale is going to continue with or without him. I think that you should actually give your friend some credit for finding employment. It's a part time gig, but he could possibly make some connections or show his value and turn it into a full time job. Either way, he chose to earn a check instead of taking unemployment. That's commendable.
  5. Good to see some good news come out of such a terrible tragedy.
  6. Your argument is meaningless. If you are going to scrutinize a few plays in "should've won's" then you can do the same thing for "could've lost" games like Jax, Oak, and Den. The fact is that Dick is 21-27 as HC of the Bills (57-76 overall) and has shown no improvement in the team's record since he's been here.
  7. He shoots .......... .......... He scores!
  8. Right. Look out! Dick has found a new way of saying "disappointed" ooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh!
  9. Tim Graham's ESPN article. O.K. Dick, now DO SOMETHING about it, other than being disappointed.
  10. Chris Brown's (the singer) girlfriend. He beat her up before the Grammy's.
  11. It very easily could be a typo on the birth date. It's not like the LAPD is infallible. I'm just waiting for the first official media report on the incident. Peace.
  12. It very well could be true, if it is, it's a sad day in Bills country. It just gives me cause for hesitation that this thing has yet to find its way into the 24/7 news cycle. There is no mention of it anywhere, other than message board speculation.
  13. Don't worry Jonathan, I am a thinker, that's why i'm pissed about the wallbash. Perhaps you are the one that needs to put on the ol thinkin' cap. I just do not believe that an arrest report in LA, with an incorrect birth date, proves that it was our Lynch. First of all I thought that Lynch lived in Oakland, 5 hours from LA. Secondly, with 14 million people in the greater LA area, I would not rule out the possibility that there was another Marshawn Lynch born 20 days apart. I will just hold judgement until I see an official news report.
  14. What link? The booking report with a wrong birthday??? I'm talking about a media report. These incidents are not usually kept quiet. If you search ML on KABC TV, you also get no results. Why wouldn't ESPN or the NFL network be reporting this? P.S. I DO NOT appreciate the !
  15. I just checked the LA Times and Oakland Tribune and found no articles. Why wouldn't there be at least a small mention of a Pro Bowler being arrested on felony gun charges?
  16. What do your reliable sources on the inside say SKOOB?
  17. I just don't understand why some pro athletes feel the need to be connected with the gangsta/thug lifestyle. Obviously there are no details made public yet, but how does ML allow this to happen, especially with the Plax Burris incident being fresh in every one's memory? It's a shame that this had to happen to a guy that I consider the team's best player and a guy that I thought had the potential to command a leadership role this coming season. An off-field incident doesn't change my opinion of his abilities or desire, but is it asking too much to expect the guy to avoid legal troubles in the off season?
  18. Valentine's Day for men. Talk about a long time coming, there's a holiday that I can get up for!
  19. I will not believe it's true until it's confirmed by one of SKOOBY'S sources.
  20. The best Valentine's Day gift that money can buy... you pick up one of those pre-formed gift bows (the kind with the peel-n-stick tab that you use for a Christmas gift). You get into your birthday suit, attach the bow under your belly button and WHOALLAH! Happy Valentine's Day Sweetie... All the sausage and meatballs you can eat!!!
  21. All right. It's clear that I'm dealing with a dim bulb here so I'll break it down for you. A normal and responsible pet owner would never allow their dog(s) to bark incessantly, especially with neighbors nearby. The fact that these people do allow their dogs to disturb their neighbors, speaks for their character and proves that they do not give a fug about their neighbors right to enjoy peace and quiet or else they would remedy the problem themselves. It's quite clear that confrontation is only going to make the situation worse. Now when the barking continues and you're forced to take matters into your own hands, they can lead the police right to your doorstep because of the little confrontation that you had to have. You should just answer the door in handcuffs and save the cops the effort. Brilliant!
  22. That would be the first logical step. However, if someone is willing to allow their dogs to bark for hours on end with no regard for their neighbors, they probably won't be very receptive to you coming on to their property and telling them (no matter how diplomatic and polite you may be) what to do with their animals.
  23. ... says the Charles Bronson wannabe.
  24. OK. Here's whatcha do (and you didn't hear this from me). Ya get yerself a 5 pound bag of cheap dog food. Then buy yerself a gallon of ethylene glycol automotive antifreeze (make sure the label DOES NOT read "non-toxic"). Add the antifreeze to the bag of dog food, let it absorb for awhile, then chuck it over to the annoying little bastards. For under fifteen bucks, you now have peace and quiet and have avoided an unnecessary confrontation with your rude , inconsiderate, and unreasonable neighbors. Tips - 1. Be sure to leave no prints on the bag of food. 2. Pay for items with cash. 3. Dispose of empty antifreeze jug away from your home immediately. Good luck with this and let me know if I may be of assistance in any other matters.
