  1. I'm used to it by now, but a lot of posters around here could use a lesson in... two, to, and too there, their, and they're its and it's yore, your, and you're and that's just a start.
  2. I hear ya. Obviously, the more holes we fill before the draft, the better. I'll take a guy at this level and hope for more good signings to come.
  3. alot of ppl make to many spellin mistakes, its prolly the ejecation sistems fault for there bad gramur.
  4. Oh, there's an instant classic!
  5. name='ans4e64' date='Feb 28 2009, 05:10 PM' post='1332163'] Oh, I like how you conveniently left out these from "my posts." O.K., from those posts... The fact is that he is coming here to start and I would say that he's better than decent/good. Definitely not outstanding at this point. This FA period began with subtraction (Losman, Royal, and Doc). Therefore we needed to replace those three players just to be even. With Fitzpatrick being the only signee up until now, I'm just encouraged to see "Dockery's replacement" brought in. It's a step in the right direction and it seemed like you were being a wet blanket.
  6. Maybe YOU should read your posts. these are just a few. I could have posted twice as many of you rambling on that this guy is a career backup and nothing else. The guy has been in the league for 4 years and played in 54 games. Maybe I'm taking you wrong, but it seems to me like you are trashing the guy by saying that he belongs on the bench. I think he's an improvement over what we have, this was a signing that we desperately needed, and the guy has the potential to get better as a starter entering his fifth season. This is good news.
  7. No, I don't think he's a great player. You seem to be knocking the guy as if he's a career backup and will never be anything else. The fact is that last year, his 4th season in the league, he started half of the games for a 12-4 team. We need to at least replace Dockery and this move accomplishes that. Why do you seem to have such a problem with it?
  8. If the Bills could bring him in at a bargain price, I would be all for it.
  9. Give it a rest. You're on the verge of being a douche bag.
  10. I don't like Simmons because of the injury. The Steelers had to know what they were doing when they released him.
  11. All I can say is ... this.
  12. That's the case here. Dude is 6'5" and 300lbs. He is a cap casualty in Carolina. They just extended Jordan Gross with a huge contract and franchised Peppers. They would love to keep him but don't have the cap space. This would be a good signing for the Bills.
  13. He started 8 games. He's a back up on a very solid O-line. With 4 years in the league, he's got upside. He's a great fit for us.
  14. I don't like Simmons because of his injury. I think the Bills desperately need to sign Hangartner. 26 years old, 6'5" 300 lbs. He would be a fine addition and a step in the right direction.
  15. It's quiet at OBD because Ralph is napping. SHHHHHHHHH. He has to wake up at 4:00 for apple sauce before retiring for the night.
  16. I prefer the term -- like a monkey trying to F a football.
  17. They better start giving the fans reason for hope. There are players still available that can make a difference here. If they are just going to stand pat, I suggest they change the Labatt 50 logo to a white flag!
  18. As of right now, 7-9 looks like a miracle.
  19. Enter former first round draft pick.... J.P. Losman.
  20. No details yet, but the contract is expected to be in the neighborhood of 7 yrs $72 mil. More first round picks is just what the Patsies need!
  21. Per Adam Scheftner @ NFl Network. Link/details soon.
  22. -- The best available FA's are being signed. -- The Pats, Jets, and Dolphins have acquired players that improved their teams. -- Ralph is sitting on his wallet. -- If something doesn't change fast, the Bills should trade that stupid Labatt 50 logo for a white flag!
  23. BillsVet is looking smarter by the second.
  24. Not for the money that Coles is looking for, especially at 31 years old. He walked on a 1 year $6mil. deal in NY. He wants a long term contract, for that kind of money, I would rather see the Bills go after an o-lineman or Linebacker. When they cut DD, I thought they had a line on a replacement. I assumed a guy like Jason Brown was in the bag. You know what they say about assuming.
  25. As it was pointed out in a thread a few weeks ago, it's not so much that they are a joke, it's that they are becoming completely irrelevant.
