  1. 29 at the time of the Music City Ripoff. 13 seasons of football misery since.
  2. 5 wins and 14 losses in their last 19 games. Those results would get a coach (in the 3rd year of a rebuild) fired anywhere else in the league. Fire the terrible GM, fire the terrible head coach and fire the terrible qb. The AFC is so weak this season that a .500 record would have us firmly entrenched in playoff run and the fact that Gailey has us nowhere near that is disgusting.
  3. Cue Elvis. Lil' sister don't cha do...
  4. I will spare myself the anquish of watching Belichick school his personal B word Chan Gailey. This team doesn't believe in their qb or coaches. After 13 straight years of watching this organization suffer under their own incompetence, I've finally seen and had enough. Best case scenario, the team gets sold, stays in Buffalo and the new owner is more commited to the W/L column than the bottom line.
  5. Exactly. The season ended when we lost to the Titans. Nix/Gailey are 4-12 in the last 16 games. Do you seriously think that they have any chance of finishing better than 6-10. Gailey will never match the lofty 7-9 seasons of the Jauron era!
  6. It was a squeaker, but a win is a win.
  7. Fitz's game isn't complete without a late 4th quarter turnover.
  8. Today I hope to see my garage cleaned and maybe the front yard raked. I'll get started in a few minutes. I'll probably DVR the game but I have zero interest in supporting this train wreck. The Bills will lose big. It will be an embarrassment and the first of at least 3 straight losses following the bye. Ralph went bargain basement on a GM and head coach yet again and we are witnessing the results. How many times do you have to watch this team being dismantled by playoff teams to realize it's sure to happen again? We are seeing a disastrous 3rd year of a rebuilding program. It will not get better under Nix and Gailey. Just like the last twelve years, the Bills organization from owner to GM right down to waterboy are in over their heads. Does it ever get old?
  9. Exactly. The majority of our resources have been spent on the D since Nix took over. The result, one of the league's worst units. Not a very pretty baby. I'm so dissapointed to hear that Gailey supposedly has another year on his contract. This "rebuild" is a failure. Year 3 should be "go time". Instaed we are incapable of matching the lofty expectations set by the Jauron era. Nix and Gailey have to be shown the door immediately. That won't happen though.
  10. Dick Jauron anyone?
  11. I agree. This game has the same feel as when we went into Frisco. We know how that turned out. Texans will roll.
  12. On this 8th week of the 2012 season I guarantee that... - The Bills will not lose. - Chan Gailey will not make a disastrous late-game play call. - Fitz will not throw an interception. - Our D will not allow a single point! Sounds like a pretty good Sunday. Got any more? ...
  13. Positives: We won. Byrd was great. Mario Williams played hard for the first time. We're tied for first in the AFCE. Negatives: Fitzpatrick can not hit a moving target. Chan Gailey is our head coach. We're tied for last in the AFCE.
  14. I don't know about head coach, but if I were GM over the last twelve years, this team would be in much better shape. No exaggeration.
  15. In this analogy, who is the dog, us or the team? ...Or both?
  16. I'm pretty sure it was a replay of last week's game.
  17. 2 days ago I voted not sure. The answer now is a definite yes. This team is lost and the season is over.
  18. Final score 45-3. Even worse than I thought. After seeing what happened in the second half at home last week, I don't know how anyone could have gotten their hopes up for a close game against the 9'ers. Any serious NFL team would make serious changes following 2 disasters like this. I guarantee nothing will happen in Buffalo though.
  19. Embarrased at home. Bills head to San Francisco. Flaws will be revealed.
  20. Good one. It describes my thoughts/feelings perfectly.
  21. And he'll be homeless by the end of the first half.
  22. The first thing I will be looking for is - do the Bills have enough heart to go out and fight for a win? We just witnessed them, particularly the D, quit on the field in an extremely critical division game. S.F. is a solid playoff team. They beat Green Bay on the road, Detroit at home and spanked the Jets last week. This is their second home game and their crowd will be amped. Today you will see the difference between a well managed and well coached team and a team that has some talent but has been drifting aimlessly for the past 12 years. The difference will be clear to see. I expect the Niners to dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Niners 34 Bills 13.
  23. I would prefer Wanny to be on the sideline where he can interact with and inspire his players. It may work for other teams, but in our case, first year d-coord. implementing a new scheme, he needs to be on the sideline.
  24. That's what I'm thinking. The 49'er offense isn't as dynamic as the Patriots', so I don't expect them to lay a 50 burger on us. However, they are a very sound and physically tough team that will methodically wear down this heartless bunch of non-tackling, under-inspired Buffalo Bills. S.F. 34 - Buf. 17.
  25. ... Says the guy who needs a lesson in to, too and two. Priceless you braniac!!!
