  1. Behind T.O. and LE? Not to mention ML and FJ. There are only so many plays on offense. Reed having a big season seems like a tall order to me. Especially if Trent is looking down field through his ear hole.
  2. Yes, it will be because of his intensity, his hatred of losing, and the fact that he wears his heart on his sleeve. He won't hesitate to call out a player who is under performing. All of the things that made him a great player will make him a great head coach.
  3. You seem to want to generalize this situation, and yes, there have been many examples of successful mild-mannered head coaches. I'm specifically saying that I like Singletary's style and I would take him in a heartbeat over Jauron. I also believe that Singletary would get more out of the Bills than Jauron could ever dream of.
  4. So it's safe to say that you prefer the lifeless scarecrow approach? As I pointed out, Singletary has already outsmarted Jauron.
  5. Give it up. Singletary already has a better win percentage than Jauron. Plus Singletary beat Jauron in Buffalo. But don't let facts get in the way of your man crush for disappointed Dick Mauron.
  6. DAMN! That is one hell of a nose!
  7. Check back with me in January. And delicate Dick has such a great track record, huh?
  8. I know that your post is mainly about keeping Peters and the affect that would have on the O-line, but you did drop in "draft Maybin" as if that's a good thing. I am taking a skeptical, wait-and-see approach with that #11 overall pick. Maybin has to prove that he belongs in the NFL as a DE. I really do not like his size/weight. Preseason is just around the corner, and I will be looking forward to evaluating AM. However, at this point, I don't see him being the surefire success that some people believe he is. ...And please save the Jason Taylor references. They are not the same person. Maybin lovers immediately point to Jason Taylor in defense of Maybin. By that logic, any QB drafted in the 6th round is destined to become Tom Brady.
  9. O.K., you've got a point. But she gets a pass, especially if she's on them.
  10. I bring in a couple friends of mine from North B-lo and coerce a resignation out of that whinny, spineless, incompetent, groveling, emotionless, weak, gutless, nut less, cowardly, yellow-bellied, lily-livered, lifeless, unresponsive, timid, feeble, frail, helpless, hopeless, namby-pamby, wishy-washy, ineffective, inefficient, undemonstrative, apathetic, soft, lame, disappointing, failure of head coach! Amen. Hallelujah, pass the Tylenol.
  11. I couldn't figure out where he was going with that one either, glad I'm not the only one.
  12. I know I am. I love when I meet one of those butch-type man hating dykes. I always tell them "relax dude, we've got a lot in common."
  13. #1 - T.O. will verbally abuse T.S. and/or D.J. on the sideline during a game by week 6. #2 - S.F. will make the playoffs because they have a coach who leads with courage and intensity.
  14. Is this REALLY a quote from a coach who has spent the past month practicing the no-huddle?
  15. Cincy, you'll have to let us know if it really is finger lickin' good. The chicken, that is.
  16. "It's hard to practice with a sore ankle in the NFL."
  17. It adds another interesting storyline to the NFL season.
  18. Levy showed more emotion in that clip than Dick has in 3 years.
  19. Does that mean if they don't, you'll be constipated?
  20. How about... Dick's last stand.
  21. Are offense? What are you , a freaking pirate?!?! Arrgh matey! BTW, T.O. is 35. Sad part is, at this point, I share your assessment of the Maybin pick.
