  1. I heard all of this crap when Gailey was hired. The day he was hired I posted that "Gailey will make the Jauron era look like the glory years." Today I will guarantee you that Marrone will not lead the Bills out of the basement in the AFCE. I can't help being right!
  2. All of this talk about turning Syracuse around is overblown. Chip Kelly turned Oregon around. The Ducks were #4 in the country with the #2 overall offense. That's a turnaround! Marrone was 5-7 last year, he LOST 5 games this year. 8 wins in the Big East is nothing!
  3. What is hilarious is how people are rallying around this hire. Just like they rallied around Jauron and Gailey. How much more info do you need than Marrone finised .500 in the Big East?!?! I really feel sorry for so many of you. Low expectations and low intellect is a terrible combination!
  4. This is another LOSER hire on the cheap. The guy was .500 at Syracuse 25-25. He broke even in college!!! How low are the standards around here that people are trying to convince themselves and others that this is a good hire? Here's his record at 'cuse: Syracuse Orange (Big East Conference) (2009–present) 2009 Syracuse 4–8 1–6 T–7th 2010 Syracuse 8–5 4–3 4th W Pinstripe 2011 Syracuse 5–7 1–6 T–7th 2012 Syracuse 8–5 5–2 T–1st W Pinstripe Syracuse: 25–25 11–17 Total: 25–25 Last year he was 5-7. This year 8-5 and a trip to the Pinstripe Bowl. WOO HOO!!! Book your playoff tickets now. Just another 3-4 year losing experiment! The Bills will not move out of the basement with another hire on the cheap!!!
  5. This would be a terrible hire. STOP THE INSANITY! We need a proven winner. Ken Whisenhunt is on par with the last 3 jokers we've had here.
  6. Chan Gailey gets fired after a 6-10 season and the Bills run to interview a guy who finished 5-11. Brilliant! . Arizona had 2 good seasons because Warner was hot. It took an injury to give him the starting job by the way. Please, for the love of God, keep Ken Whisenhunt far away from this team. He is not the answer to Bill Belichick. I hope the "brain trust" thinks better of their interest in this guy.
  7. I'm all for Chp Kelly! Not too thrilled about any of the other names being thrown around. Lovie Smith or Wisenhunt will get us nowhere
  8. Exactly. Belachick sets the bar in our division. When hiring a head coach, you must consider if your candidate is capable of matching wits with BB. Leading the Orangemen to the Pinstripe Bowl hardly qualifies in my humble opinion. Please, NO MORE RETREADS or underqualified candidates. RAISE THE BAR AT OBD or our playoff drought could reach 2 decades.
  9. Buddy has to go as well. I DO NOT want the guy who chose Gailey to pick our next HC.
  10. Great moves. Sad thing is, on paper it's a 66 yard TD pass by Fitz. That tells you all you need to know about stats!
  11. I'm still waiting for the pick. We've had 2 close calls. Maybe Fitz is saving it for the final drive of the game.
  12. He can't score either which is kind of his job. Without the D, we're down 9-0.
  13. It should be interesting to watch noodle-armed Harvard boy throw with a 15 mph sustained wind!
  14. I'm actually amazed at how many people showed up. This team doesn't deserve the support of so many fans!
  15. The draft pick would become a 6th rounder if he was active for 6 games or more. I'd like to see him start Sunday just to see what he can do.
  16. Not to mention the Tavaris Jackson debacle. They trade a 7th round pick for a guy who was going to be released, pay him $3mil. and don't even allow him to dress. Brilliant!
  17. I can't speak for why he hasn't returned to coaching. He currently has work with the NFL Network and Fox. Do you honestly believe that he would not have been able to outperform Gailey's 3 year record. I say he obviously would have. I would take Brian Billick as our next coach right now. He's a competent professional and he's still very much in tune with the league through his Network assignments.
  18. http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/9525/billick-baffled-by-bills-lack-of-interest Brian Billick wanted the job. Buddy wouldn't even interview him. I guarantee that Billick would have put Chan's record to shame and we would probably be playoff bound this season. "I just wanted to make sure I was clear that [bills general manager Buddy Nix] had not called," Billick told reporter Aaron Saykin of Buffalo NBC affiliate WGRZ. "Why he had not called a coach with a Super Bowl ring, 10 wins a year for nine years, having orchestrated the highest-scoring offense and defense in the history of the league, is a question worth asking. But I never spoke with Mr. Nix."
  19. Sorry to say, I was fooled again!!!
  20. "You do realize that neither one of us would have our job anywhere else in the NFL, don't you?"
  21. "I know you've got another late game interception in ya son."
  22. The season was over when we lost to the Titans.
  23. One thing I know for certain, if Eric Euker did not own a rope, he would still be alive today!
