out on the field. What a freakin waste of time that was....I could have sat at home and stayed warm and sipped coffee and snuggled my new daughter....I was seriously considering scalping my tickets and going to a bar to watch with the wife but she said no.

Please forgive my poor communication....baby is not coming with us....it is in case I get a phone call to come back. No way would I take a 3 month old to a game

can you tell me good places to park where I can get out fast when I need to? I have a 3 mo baby girl and if we need to leave in an emergency I do not want to get stuck in a traffic jam (I know you cannot avoid all of it). I am coming from Rochester. know any shortcuts? Thanks in advance

Wow...and I have tickets to the Pats game next week....wonder if I should even go? If Marv were smart he would turn this team over again during the offseason and get rid of the Donahoe players who cannot win to save their lives and draft more players with character and talent. I am also beginning to question the scouting dept and the drafting in the past few years and pro personnel director John Guy....who is responsible for brigning in flops as Mike Gandy and Bennie Anderson......

"We just didn't execute" "We just didn't make the plays" "They were the better team" "We just have to come out and play better next game" "We just have to step up and make plays" "We didn't get it done today" "We have to look at the film and correct our mistakes" Blahblahblahblah Feel free to add your own quote here.....I just get so sick and tired of listening to this team and the same old garbage...what is really their problem? Why are they so mentally weak and mistake-prone? Lack of talent? Poor scouting? poor drafting? Lack of character? Someone please tell me...thanks

I would have jumped ship at this joke of a team and where it was heading with MM not knowing what to do......common sense Our expectations of this team has dropped so low that we are happy to just have JP complete a deep pass.....nope I do not blame Pat at all for his comments....he was right

Rochester Man Sexual Assualt at Day Care
HelloNewman replied to OnTheRocks's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Yikes........my 2 month old is starting daycare in January and makes me wonder what I can do to avoid situations like this? Any suggestions would be helpful in choosing a good daycare so we do not have this happen. Just goes to show there are scumbags in this world....my question is what the hell was he doing there unsupervised even if his own child is being dropped off?? Someone at the daycare dropped the ball on that one and should lose their job. -
I have a daughter 6 weeks old and she is cute as a button and has me wrapped around her little finger.......until it becomes bath time She screams when my wife and I put her in the baby tub filled with warm water (we test it). We are gentle as can be and do everything to keep the soapy water out of her face. We try to keep her as warm as we can. Has this happened to anyone who has a baby or once had a baby? Any advice?

And the sarcastic award goes to ....ME!!!! Just a little Thursday rainy humor -
Once the Pats decided to get serious they ate us up like filet mignon to a lion. The pat coaches and players made adjustments and the Bills folded like a cheap card table. 05 same as 06

I have the Kwik Fill card and it gives me back 5 cents off per gallon purchased on my monthly bill (but you have to pay it on time to get the discount price). Mobil is the worst...I have seen signs showing 10 cents off per gallon and in teeny tiny letters below it that are barely visible by the road it says "with purchase of a wash" which you do not see until you pull in...then it shows the real price on the pumps which is a joke.....so I switched to Kwik Fill which I have not seen a sign from them that is not truthful in my part of the town. Plus Kwik Fill has a couple of full serve stations for the same price as self serve which is good in case it rains or snows.

When I was a kid I had a friend who challenged his brother to an Herb-Lax contest. Apparently Shaklee brand has an herbal laxarive you can take in pill form. Rumor has it if you take enough of this laxative you lose bowel control. Well the contest is to eat 1/2 bottle of Herb lax each and the first person who blows his bowles loses. So they ate their shares of Herb lax and waited..... They were playing cards and all of a sudden my friend shouted "Herb-Lax attack". did I forget to mention he was wearing shorts that day so while he got up to run downstairs to sit on the potty you could see the liquid sh-- running down his leg into his sock while he ran. His brother laughed so hard because you could see the trail of liquid sh-- from upstairs running down the steps across the kitchen leading into the bathroom. Needless to say he lost the contest Funniest damn story I ever heard from my friend......dumb as a stump though

Ya know I do not think it is funny that people on this board are joking about people with eating disorders. My sister had an eating disorder which was bulimia and she fought her way back from it. The fact that all the immature adoloescents who make it one big joke need to look inside their own closets to see if they are squeaky clean. 100:1 they are not so grow up all of you!!!....

For those who love those managment memos at work

A magazine recently ran a "Dilbert Quotes" contest. They were looking for people to submit quotes from their real-life Dilbert-comic-strip-type managers. These were voted the top ten quotes from the managers we work for in corporate America, circa 2004: "As of tomorrow, employees will only be able to access the building using individual security cards. Pictures will be taken next Wednesday, and employees will receive their cards in two weeks." -
Game 7: Buffalo at Carolina 7:30 EST

Time to trade Max... he is not a hitter like the rest of the forwards and can be taken out of play easily by just getting a little bit of interference from the other team. Sure he skates well and can cut and deke but his production is not where it is and we need people who can hit and score ugly or not....he also tends to be a little selfish with the puck I would also like to thank Rory Fitzpatrick for standing around not knowing where the play is getting burned for the series loss by Brind amour I guess all the defensemen injuries will heal up nicely now that we are out of it -
