I tell ya there is nothing like it. My daughter fell asleep in my arms on Christmas eve. I rocked her in the rocking chair in her bedroom. I could have put her in the crib in about 5 minutes but decided to stay there for a little while longer. While rocking I said a prayer in my head thanking God for giving me my precious little girl (Beatrice Kersti). You would think so....my wife works for DHHS ( welfare) and if there is a medical condition they would need records...I work for a company that contracts for NYS disability they need medical records to prove the person is disabled....doctors are not dumb plus patients are run through a battery of tests to determine a person's mental capacity. How they slipped through the cracks probably means someone at the office was on the take.

The right thing he should have done was to tell then if they do not stop interrupting then the show is over. If they did it again....tell everyone the show is over thanks to the hecklers.....put the mic down and walk away...the hecklers would be caught between a rock and a hard place......what he did was wrong

My wife and I are having a disagreement on what to do with the holiday cards this year. We have a cute picture card of our daughter but my wife wants to include one of those newsletters about what went on this year. My stance is...I cannot stand them....I think they are nauseating to read. I have read some of the newsletters sent to relatives and they are just an excuse to gloat about how "wonderful our lives are" when you know damn well things are never what they seem to be. If there was ever a way to cram bullsh-- onto a piece of paper...this is it. My wife's stance is....it would be a wonderful way to let everyone know what transpired this year in our lives (ie: birth of baby etc..). Her side of the family did it for years and how wonderful it would be to communicate to people you have not heard from in a while. So what is your opinion about them and should we just sign the picture card and mail it or enclose one of those letters?

I was driving home on the thruway and this dumb station is already playing Christmas muzak all the time now....for god freakin sakes it is Nov 17th...Thanksgiving is not here yet!!!! What is their goal for next year....Halloween?????

You will never get me around any retail store or mall that whole Thanksgiving weekend....... I pity anyone who has to work that weekend as a cashier at say...Wal-Mart or Target. That will be the worst job in the world. I love watching the news clips seeing people rush in the door at 5am to trample and injure all for some cheap inferior DVR going for 30.00. What has society come to? They recently had a Peebles store open out where I live and they were giving away free tote bags to the first 150 people in the door. Well you would think there was a mass shortage of tote bags.....someone told me they opened the door at 9am and by 9:04 all 150 were gone...how laughable was that?

Anyone remember the home opener one year ( forgot which year) when they played against the Panthers and Kent Hull was still the center. They played like crap the first half and the media said Kent Hull went into the locker room and threw things against the wall, screamed and yelled, and got the team motivated for the second half? The team responded and won the game from behind? That is the kind of heart this team seriously needs today......agree?
