With the holes we need to fill, there's no way we take a Safety who will barely see the field with our first pick. Especially not with a Trent McDuffie on the board.
I agree. CB is a SCREAMING need but if they want to talk themselves out of a CB that is still on the board then he is in play. I don't think they should pick him either.
I'm voting for McDuffie in the poll.

@Virgil Where do the #s in come from, someone's rankings?

Daxton Hill is a Safety that sometimes plays Nickel. He's a projection when it comes to the Outside. We don't need a Safety or a Nickel.
BPA doesn't really take into account need. Both of our safeties are over 30. With this draft I think he is in play.

I could see something from Brady like "trade me or get the Old man to retire"

I wonder how Brady is involved in this move.

How's he (and all of Boston) going to feel when they finish last in the AFCE. I hope they go like 5-12 jets go 6-11 phish 9-8.

With the 20th pick in the TSW Mock Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select Kenny Pickett, QB, Pittsburgh
The Steelers run to the podium to expose the worst kept secret in the league, their love of Kenny Pickett. Even with signing Mitch Trubisky, the Steelers are going to cover their bases with a guy they think can be the fan favorite and quarterback of the future. The Steelers will go into camp with an open competition as Trubisky's contract is nothing they can't work their way out of.
The New England Patriots are on the clock
That pick just makes too much sense. I hope Mitch can hold him off for a year or 2.

Horrible news. May he RIP and I hope you and your family can find some peace.

I would hate to have a top 3 pick or need a QB in this draft. This draft reminds me of the EJ Manual draft, just not much there besides depth
I wonder if teams may take a little less to move down a bit from the top?

Kiper was smart enough to start it so he gets credit for that. As right as he was about Allen, he totally wiffed on Clausen. I prefer people that actually did it for a living as a scout or front office. Daniel Jeremiah is tops for me. McShay should send 1/2 his check to Kiper.

I can take Titans, Falcons or Bears.
This is always fun. 3 rounds will make it slightly more difficult.

Any chance he was referring to Murray from the Cardinals?
Baker is just not news, unless the Browns somehow manage to actually get good draft picks in return.

This is good news!
Without the dome, hopefully they design it, to somehow, keep the wind elements to a minimum.

He can go back to being a commodore. I think this guy's head is a brick house.
Brick house was sung by the Commodores in the 1970's. Lionel Ritchie left around 1980. So hopefully, Mckissic has some signing chops.

Thank goodness Herbert isn't their QB. Their offense is loaded.

They signed Connor Williams too.
LT-Armstead
LG-Williams
C-Deiter
RG- Hunt
RT- Probably Eichenberg
Way better than it was. Tua still sucks.
If he can't produce behind that line, they'll be in the QB market next year. Plus they upgraded the RB.

Thanks @Logic was going to post something very similar. I think there is a decent chance if we don't sign a vet, that we draft 2. I would like to hear some of the ideas from people that watch tons of film. Especially on Booth vs Elam and mid round CBs (3rd &4th) rounders.

True..
QB1 doors slammed this week in Cleveland, Atlanta, Indy, New Orleans... All eyes turn toward Seattle...
With basically no bidders (except Seattle and maybe some unknown team), and only on a 1year deal, what is his trade value? a 3rd?
I almost always forget about Panthers. I guess they could be involved too.

Probably because he's not that good. He lost his starting job to Tannehill who sure wouldn't be confused with Mahomes or Allen.
I understand the Titans thought Tannehill was better. I thought he should get a chance to start again. Maybe he learned something (as Tribuski did) from watching.

Wasn’t his Raiders stint his second chance ? Whatever team Mariota ends up on next is his third chance. The fact that no team was interested in getting him as a starter post Titans says a lot.By 2nd chance, I meant to be a starter. I don't think he that got that with the Raiders.

May be talking to Luck or Rivers. Nothing surprises me anymore.
I'm not sure noodle arm Qbs go 2nd overall in any draft.
TSW Mock Draft Buffalo Bills Poll - Who should the Bills take at 25?

McDuffie is the pick. The WRs in the mid 50s>CB at mid 50s. I could see another 2nd round trade up for WR depending how this draft goes.
