  1. With the 26th selection of the 3rd round, the Tennessee Titans select QB, Desmond Ridder.

Jon Robinson, Titans GM has stated they will look to upgrade the QB room. They would be ecstatic to find Ridder in the bottom of the 3rd round. He is smart, athletic, and has an above average arm. He will be best suited in a run first/RPO system. So not only is he a fit but will give notice to Tannehill that the playoff performance was unacceptable. He could be the starting QB by mid-season if Tannehill gets off to a slow start. If not, he will improve their back up situation in 2022. If Ridder was not on the board, WR3 or a bigger RB would have been the selection.

I often use Senator Blutarsky as an alternative screen name. It's hilarious that Mr 0.0 becomes a US Senator!

Fast Times at Ridgemont High: "Large cheese, sausage pizza; right here dude (while sitting in Mr. Hand's class)" and "My dad is a TV repairman. He has an awesome set of tools, I can fix this"

  3. Hard Rock Live in Hollywood FL (the Guitar shaped resort) has a new 7000 seat venue. I just checked their schedule. Paul McCartney is playing May 25th. That looked interesting, until I saw the 4 digit prices. C'mon!

The Who are playing in there in 3 weeks and only $160 each. That's a maybe as I've never seen them.

Rough that both Kenyon Green and Jameson Williams go right before our pick. I know this isnt the version for it, but I'd be down for a trade up IRL to get either of those guys over McDuffie.

I know McDuffie gets a lot of hype and is ranked to be a value pick there, but there is something about him that doesnt excite me. I dont see him pop off the film like some others (disclaimer: I aint watchin no real "film", I'm just talking about highlight videos).

But he fills a big need and is decent value so I'd be fine with the pick.

I think it has to be CB. I trust the FO to pick their guy and like others have said it might not be McDuffie.

  5. With the 26th selection, the Tennessee Titans select Zion Johnson G Boston College.

The biggest needs for the Titans are OL (after not resigning Saffold and adding untested OL), a younger QB and WR3. This isn’t really a great QB class so they will reluctantly roll with Tanenhill. The WR class is quite deep, and they did trade for Robert Woods who is an upgrade over a broken-down Julio Jones. Plus, Woods brings some of the best WR blocking which is an excellent fit for a run 1st team. He should be ready to go by training camp. Zion is a people mover and is scheme diverse. They say he interviewed well at the combine. This is a great pick for one of the few run heavy teams.

Ideally, without a 2nd round pick GM Jon Robinson will be looking to slide down and pick up some draft capital.

The Bills will not take a CB with under 30 inch arms in the 1st round. Or the 2nd round. Or the 3rd. Or the 4th. Or...

Out of these options I would bet on Watson or Hill. I voted Watson because I've heard he is a really good locker room guy, so when you combine that with his physical traits he seems like a McDermott/Beane pick.

Ifs and butts.....If he was an inch taller and had 30 inch arms (vs 29.5) he'd be a top 10 pick. At 25 he'll slide right into a starting position.

I’d be sprinting to the podium for McDuffie, but I think they would take Karlaftis as well. Wyatt maybe not, but outside of Von Miller, there is no proven guy. I like Rousseau and Basham but I could see them spending another pick on an edge guy.

We don't have anything proven but you need to give the previous selections some time to develop. It can't be EDGE. This board would explode.

With the holes we need to fill, there's no way we take a Safety who will barely see the field with our first pick. Especially not with a Trent McDuffie on the board.

I agree. CB is a SCREAMING need but if they want to talk themselves out of a CB that is still on the board then he is in play. I don't think they should pick him either.

I'm voting for McDuffie in the poll.
