  1. Pure clickbait that article
  2. That banner needs to be printed and go up in the Ralph!
  3. Did everybody suffer a memory case of instant alzheimer or something? EJ did way worse then Orton in this offense, unless we're out of contention we should not be playing EJ.
  4. The real story is that our Offense can't score against average and above defenses, they can drive allright but putting TDs on the board they are horrific. Two QBs, same issues, one more then the other (EJ). I think it's pretty save to say that Hackett hasnt figured out how to get his offense to score in the NFL.
  5. Let's call up the Packers and ask them if they are willing to trade Rodgers for EJ and their (yes their) first round pick this year. Sounds like a very reasonable and smart deal for the Packers according to the shoutbox during gametime.
  6. In all fairness the refs let Greenbay get away with a lot and i mean a lot of holds. But that sideline catch by woods was pushing off by Woods. So we got away with a couple too, in the end refs called penalties or failed to call penalties on crucial moments in the game again, this time they went both ways though.
  7. Wood reporting for duty
  8. It means we're going offense and needs in the draft, that's what it means. So we'll get a TE as our second round pick then a RB (first one of the board), then more O-line. WR's should improve greatly going into next season, them all having a years worth of XP under their belt (Woods 2), hopefully the O-line guys will get it together during the offseason. I expect a battle for starting QB between Orton and EJ, with Orton coming out on top, we might even grab a big QB in FA if one is available. And hopefully a new OC.
  9. He making the money sign yet?
  10. Greenbay should have 2 more at the very least as well. Problem is that 95% of our fouls are called versus 85% of our opponents it seems. I'm trying to look at it without bias but man, do they make it hard.
  11. On that woods sideline catch he pushed off, so we got away with one as well.
  12. Again mega holding on Hughes on the 2nd down... Holding doesnt exist for Greenbay?
  13. Somebody tell me that wasn't a hold on Hughes on that 19 yard run by Rodgers... First 3 points stolen imho.
  14. I don't understand why there is so much resistance to paying the Jills their worth.
  15. I guess he played soccer in college.
  16. Hopefully the bye will fix the MW situation.
  17. Could just say that for those not eligible the price would be defaulted to the city of Buffalo. Just a thought. Ps. so happy it's back! TY LaBillzFan!

  19. The Monarchs were a pretty big success in the WLAF, even selling out Wembley. The original WLAF that is not the NFL owned 95-96 WLAF that was rebranded into NFL Europe. However the fanbase never really recovered from the 93-94 WLAF stoppage and the fanbase dwindled with the results of the Monarchs (never finished better then 4th in the restarted format) and got worse due to mismanagement of the fans and the revamping/rebuilding of Wembley. I remember crowds of 2000-3000 in the last season when they split their time over 3 different stadia and were even rebranded the England Monarchs. BTW did you know Doug Marrone played for the London Monarchs in 1991? Ironically it's the success of the initial London game that killed off NFL Europe. Goodell promised the NFL Europe fans at least one NFL game a year in each of the NFL Europe countries. Germany being the primary location for the first one after the London one, however the NFL created one angry fanbase over here in the Netherlands and Germany that my guess is that they chickened out of Germany for the second game. Offcourse the language helps immensely with London too. In the end the NFL failed to recognize that fans wanted a pro league with continuity not 6 teams with 53 new players each season. I still firmly believe that a system where each team would have their own European or better yet Worldy affiliate would have taken off and created both additional world wide interest in the NFL as well as been a successfull development product as well as US market interest in those affiliates (wouldnt you like watching EJ develop in such a league?).
  20. Hmmm, London Monarchs is a story on itself imho, much to do with poor management and the rebuild of Wembley. With regards to quality I disagree, sure Berlin and Amsterdam were putrid in 2007 but other teams had a decent enough level. 2007 World Bowl was one of the best played, with the exception being the 2005 World Bowl.
  21. Wait what?!? I only get football to a degree? *tisk*
  22. It sure did feel like 5 lol. I stand corrected.
  23. 5 lost fumbles and an INT and still pull off the win. I'll take it.
  24. Thing to remember is that with EJ Williams was basicly the #2 WR. Orton practiced most with the bottom end of our WRs. Hence Orton now has more of a connection with Hogan then with Williams. Notice Gragg being used more as a result of the same. I really liked what we've seen so far from Wiliams, hopefully he and Orton can get on the same page and light things up.
  25. Good teams win games like this. That's all.
