  1. True enough, but there's a simple formula to keep in mind here: Belchingczech ≥㏆ ㎧ (Tape-Brady ∕ Aging team√16)≠Good HC
  2. $175 is a joke. I've gone to every home game for 20 years, and I can't remember a time when there weren't some tix to be had from scalpers, usually for not too much over face. That being said, take it with this advisement: We come in from a little south of Roch, and take 20A the whole way, which may not be your best bet; but the traffic is pretty light, and there are some good places to relax and eat on Main St., East Aurora. The truth. I've sat there a couple times...the sight lines suck (IMO), but, yes, it's a fun place to be.
  3. Yeah, the Giants seem solid all around. There's still a lot of football left to play, but, barring serious injuries, it's hard to see them stumbling.
  4. Might as well just give them the 1st they want and be done with it. Given our history and relative success of 1st and 3rd rounders, it would probably end up costing us less.
  5. I know what you mean. Though I wouldn't say I don't trust him exactly, there's always that little, nagging doubt in my mind as he lines up in a clutch situation. Call it the Norwood Associative Residual Cognitive Influence. In Lindell's defense, I think he had some injury that season which affected his kicking mechanics.
  6. Not every offense we play will be adept at running those plays well consistently throughout the game. Warner and the boys had a real knack for it, though.
  7. Some may have been willing to accept it grudgingly (yeah, like what could a peasant fan do about it anyway?), because the Bills had a pretty good track record of letting guys go shortly before they started declining. God, and to think Pat actually expressed the desire to remain here... :wallbash: :wallbash:
  8. Trent, get some rest, buddy. The doctors have told you not to post for a few days until the grogginess passes.
  9. Thanks for the voice of reason at a time like this...then again, your signature isn't helping my confidence any!
  10. The Cards converted on at least their first SIX straight third down attempts, IIRC. Amazing for a Bills defense that was, up to game time, #1 in the whole dang NFL in third down defense.
  11. No, because the shin bone's connected to the knee bone.
  12. At the very least, it might have been worth the challenge to let the defense have a few more minutes to catch their breath.
  13. I thought he lost the ball while lunging for the first down marker, which he, mistakenly, thought was behind him.
  14. Glad you heard that too...thought maybe I was just developing a hair trigger to anti-Bills media bias.
  15. Fukk that smug little pinched-face pusbag, Keith Olbermann. I would love to hear him squeal with delight while I repeatedly smacked his fat ass with a cricket paddle as he crawled naked around a circus ring in front of thousands of cheering spectators.
  16. Well, I think you probably know the question.
  17. Yeah, much as it pains me to say it, I thought it was a clean hit as well. Looked clear to me that the concussion was caused by his head hitting the turf and not from helmet to helmet contact. Also looked to me like the tackler had his head up and was not spearing/leading with his helmet. I think because Trent was hit high, he was knocked backwards off his feet and therefore hit mostly head first on the turf at great speed.
  18. Ok, kidprison, time to go back to your cell and your amorous cell mate.
  19. First time I thought no way. Then, on the closeup in slomo, I thought just maybe he bent a few blades of grass...but there was nothing conclusive to overturn the original call.
  20. Nice! I hope this team can win the SB for his sake, if not this year, soon. I would love to see Marv up on the winners' podium with Trent, Jauron and Mr. Wilson after that game...he will belong there.
  21. I think the good cap'n meant to throw this in:
  22. Let's also see how much help the kids (and Greer, too) can get from their defensive teammates by them getting after Warner's ass all day long.
