  1. The Bills mostly gave themselves fits. They rolled up almost 500 yards of offense and left at least 20-24 points on the field. If we make 2 simple plays it is a blowout...Cook TD pass he drops wide open and Diggs way overthrown while college open for an 89 yard TD. That would have given them almost 600 yards of offense. Sure, they made a few nice blitz calls and got a couple of TO's, but their D got shredded all night long. The game was much closer to the 48-20 game earlier this year than it was to Miami being "even" in the game. Bottom line is the Bills have themselves to blame and themselves only for the game even being close. Mostly because Allen decided he wanted to pour it on instead of taking the easy win when they went up huge early.
  2. Bills are built for amoeba football...find whatever way to win THIS game in THESE conditions and then go do it. They are kinda like jack of all trades, they can get it done in a lot of ways.
  3. He will ineffective and irrelevant if he does play...might actually be an advantage for him to be in there on one leg versus a healthy player. No way it happens, IMO. Too high a risk he tears if fully and has to undergo surgery and rehab
  4. I would like to see them utilize more swings and screens, even if they are creative screens since we don't seem to run normal ones well.
  5. Allen buys time pretty well. Nobody is protecting the QB when they bring 7 and you only have 6 to block
  6. You can only block but so many, Allen has to know who is hot. Sometimes he made good plays under those situations, other times he tried to do the fade back and wait hoping he could hit something big but made poor plays. I mean they rolled up almost 500 yard of offense and if they make 2 easy wide open plays to Cook dropping a TD Ronnie Harmon style and 89 yards to Diggs who had like 8 yards on Ramsey for a wide open TD it would have been more like 600 yards.
  7. Banged up Bills thinks Gabe most likely has a knee contusion from falling in EZ
  8. I know you had to like them scheming Dalton Kincaid on Melvin Ingram deep down the sideline tho...talk about a mismatch.
  9. There is a reason why the Bills have not lost a regular season game by more than 6 points in over 2 years going back to November 2021 against Indy and that is Josh Allen. That is an absurdly long time to maintain that streak. No other team is even close.
  10. Bills have not lost in the regular season by more than 6 points in over 2 years now going back to November of 2021 against Indy. That is absolutely absurd. No other team is even close in terms of games being within 6 points in losses.
  11. Uh Oh...latest Forecast Discussion from NWS Buffalo: ".LONG TERM /THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY/... ...ANOTHER Powerful Storm to Impact the Region for the Weekend with SIGNIFICANT Lake Snows and HIGH Winds Possible... Mother Nature is loading up another intense storm for the Lower Great Lakes region for the weekend...as there is increasing confidence that a sub 975mb low will track to our west Saturday and Saturday night. This storm would feature a one-two punch with the definite threat for high winds followed by SIGNIFICANT lake snows. w this system Saturday and SuThere is near 100% consensus among the various guidance packages that the coldest airmass of the season thus far will follonday with H85 temps tumbling to the minus teens to lower 20s C. This in combination with near steady state winds averaging 250-260 could result in very heavy lake snows that would focus on areas just south of Buffalo and Watertown. Keep in mind that we are still nearly a week away from the event...so its just a good thing to keep in the back of your mind. Trying to refine location of bands and to pinpoint snow amounts is not yet possible at this time." They don't use that word Significant, especially in all caps lightly with this. This means we are likely measuring feet of snow by Sunday night. Key question is where? 250-260 favors the Southowns and Hamburg area which is a bullseye for OP. I'd expect a Lake Snow Watch issued by early Thursday if not late Wednesday. I've seen this setup plenty of times before, pretty much a given if this holds we are getting hit pretty hard.
  12. - Browns - Chiefs - Bills - Boys - TB - Eagles are in disarray on D and look like one of the worst teams in football now - Lions although I think that might be a potential upset alert. Lions secondary has allowed a lot of big passing games and Rams D can bring the heat.
  13. Seemed like he landed on the ball and looked like a situation where you get the wind knocked out of you from many other times I have seen it happen...not sure tho.
  14. Unreliable in some ways but when they are forecasting huge temperature shifts that's almost assuredly happening. Perhaps a few degrees warmer or timing might vary a little but there is near 0 chance it suddenly becomes 45 out for the game. Way overstating "what" is unreliable. Nah...that game was like 3 degrees. It's not getting that cold. Or are you talking the 70 mph wind game? It's not going to be that strong. Maybe gusts to 35 or 40 mph here and there.
  15. Oh? Not sure about that considering we had over half the fans in Miami last night. They will have under 10K fans there. You can't buy tickets that aren't for sale. There is no way they risk him fully tearing by stupidly trying to play 7 days after a fairly serious injury to it. A grade 2 sprain is a partial tear and very much weakened ligament. Wouldn't take much to become a full tear from there and require surgery. What is my prediction for the Steelers?
  16. Not really because if there is a sharp temperature change there are almost always relatively stronger winds.
  17. Yup that's why I switched majors after 2 years. Walked into a class where there was just a senior level class beforehand and saw an equation for one variable that you had to figure out by hand that went across a triple blackboard 3 times. I was like I'm out. Our record "warm" temp streak in danger of coming to an end...continue to extend the all time record for most consecutive days without a temp under 20 degrees. Around 318 days now, broke the record at 306 in late December. Last day under 20 was when it got down to 16 degrees Feb 23 of last year. Looks like we have a few days temps dropping into the teens potentially coming up after this week. Not without TJ Watt it isn't.
  18. Dane Jackson is a "dawg". This team has a lot of those.
  19. I got accepted at the University Oklahoma for Meteorolgy but didn't go because they required all senior students to help out at the National Tornado Center in Norman and be storm chasers for a semester. I was like HELL NO! Wouldn't catch me dead out there doing that 🤣 Went to Saint Louis instead.
