Same way the Pats lost to us versus Fitzy...make a ton of mistakes you normally don't make, don't execute well on some easy plays and have the other team play relatively well. Also having 12 starters out at one point and players dealing with heat cramps in the 4th quarter didn't help either. Basically you realize that they will likely get murdered the next game when all those things don't go their way but it was enough to pull off an upset that day.

It's not even about all the stuff they do on field...it's about how they fit in the community, how they are perfect for their individual teams and cities, etc... That's really really hard to replicate even if they somehow found a guy that had similar talent on field.

Running is never going to be a huge part of the gameplan tho so saying they shouldn't try to run is a little pointless. Even when they have the advantage, they are still going to put the ball in Allen's hands And that's why he is the MVP and it's not close.
