  1. The crazier thing is last week, Matt Wright broke the Arrowhead record that stood for about 2 years after Butker set it in 2020, then his record stood for less than a week when Butker comes in and breaks the 59 yarder with a 62 yarder that looked like it might have been good from 70.
  2. Daboll is very good at reconizing what his team is capable of doing well, what they are not capable of doing well and then maximizing their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses. He helped Allen tremendously to grow into what he is today but Allen is at a point where he is something special and could pretty much make most OC's look brilliant.
  3. It looks like they run pick plays a lot with him where it's really really close to whether the player running into the DBs is trying to run a route or trying to pick them but they get away with it mostly.
  4. Not as weird when you find out Marquise Brown may be done for the year with a foot injury.
  5. He is also one of the best athletes of all time...Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders were true multi-sport stars...they were very good at both. In the Majors., not 2 levels below.
  6. Is it? I'm not sure what you can call batting .202 in AA baseball other than really crappy.
  7. Now we know why...Marquise Brown may have suffered a season ending foot injury in the game.
  8. Going to miss our unique swirling winds at one end of the stadium that doesn't exist anywhere else in the NFL tho...
  9. I doubt Murray goes back and helps out his WR's when they get downed in the game like Allen did with Diggs...no man left behind.
  10. Not a bad pickup...Anderson has talent. They are about to get Hopkins back...they could make some noise if Murray gets it together and stops playing video games while he should be studying film.
  11. I am wondering if that is something they go to more regularly against KC now...that seems to have worked very well for the Bills defensively and kept Mahomes from running out of the pocket. He's like Roy Kent... He's here! He's there! He's every f***ing where! Matt Milano...Matt Milano!
  12. Gives a great angle on Mahomes view and why he threw that ball. The Bills tricked him into thinking Moore was open. Also, I HATE the fact that screen snips are usually a bigger size than the limit allowed on here to post, can we get an upgrade for that? I mean 200 KBs is exceedingly small these days.
  13. Well that makes sense then...seems they did more modernization work than the Bills did... Also seems like maybe some of the Bills stuff that needed to be done wasn't really feasible...
  14. I know Lambeau underwent extensive renovations maybe like 10 years ago, so I am not overly surprised by that one...I think maybe Lambeau might have had enough historical appeal that if the costs were close they would keep it instead of building a new one. How would the Chiefs stadium qualify tho? They were an AFL team like the Bills were.
  15. That tackle in the open field running sideways on Pacheco after he catches a short pass and literally has nothing but green grass in front of him was amazing. He didn't just barely trip him up, he ran with him for a good while, made a full diving two leg wrapped up tackle that left no doubt he was going down. Just textbook.
  16. I did not realize until it was mentioned in the broadcast yesterday that Arrowhead(GEHA) is roughly the same age as HighMark stadium is. Why has there been no talk by the NFL on how KC needs a new stadium to remain competitive with the other NFL teams? Is there something about Arrowhead that makes it better than Highmark? Have there been any major renovations done to it that would make sense as to why they wouldn't receive the same type of criticism from the NFL? Just don't understand how the Bills have heard for years and years and years how they needed a new stadium to compete even coming from the Commissioner Goodell, but we have heard nothing about the Chiefs needing a new stadium for one that is pretty much the same age as ours. Thoughts?
  17. I keep watching this play and the more I watch it, the more brilliant it becomes...I don't think we even realize how amazing this playcall was by Frazier. He basically set a trap to Mahomes by letting him think he had a guy in man coverage coming across the middle wide open with the DB intentionally trailing him in man coverage, but realistically Johnson was sitting there waiting for that throw the whole time. Von rushed inside, Mahomes had to move out of the pocket and as soon as Milano saw that he rushed in and forced a quick decision by Mahomes.
  18. The new added wrinkle to prevent slip ups and give some extra push is Davis using his 225 lbs as basically an extra driver behind Allen was brilliant. Wouldn't be surprised if we see Knox and/or Gilliam in similar roles at some point out of differing formations
  19. They outgained them by almost 300 yards and probably left 24-30 points on the field that day they would usually score. Even if they got half of them it would have been an easy win. Just one of those games...but to do what they did missing 12 starters at one point was kinda even more impressive in a loss
  20. Von Miller has everyone saying "Don't Blink" during key moments now...and in interviews after the game...what he has done to this teams mindset and mentality in these type of games cannot be overstated. It may have been the last puzzle piece to a team that could be unstoppable.
  21. I literally thought Sneed might have torn his ACL the way Allen buckled his knees with that juke... Then watching Sneed get up like a dazed fighter after being knocked down and stumble after Allen was hilarious as he hurdled the dude... I can't stop watching it...
  22. Yeah those 213 yards of offense against a team with their whole starting secondary was out was brilliant
  23. I can't say I disagree...I think to balance things out, the records should be based on per game averages to make things equal across all eras.
