  1. Well, bad news for Davis detractors...DVOA likes what he has done this year/last year and rankings for this year/last year. DYAR: 155/111 - 16th/43rd DVOA: 16.3%/9.2% - 12th/28th EYDS: 666/575 - 29th/56th https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/nfl/wr/2022 methods explained here: https://www.footballoutsiders.com/info/methods#DYAR For EYDS: "Effective Yards (EYds) translate DVOA into a yards per attempt figure. This provides an easy comparison: in general, players with more Effective Yards than standard yards played better than standard stats would otherwise indicate, while players with fewer Effective Yards than standard yards played worse than standard stats would otherwise indicate. Effective Yards are not the best way to measure total value because they are more dependent on usage than DYAR." So basically, the metrics say Davis has been a good receiver for us this year. By comparison, Diggs is #1 in DYAR at 377, 1 more than Tyreek Hill at 376. EYDS says that Davis has done what has been expected of him in terms of yardage gained as his actual yardage total is 665, Effective Yards are 666. Diggs has done significantly more...yards 1202, EYDS 1403. He has been significantly higher this year than last year and so has Diggs...I would put this on the types of routes being ran and moving Diggs all around the formation.
  2. Bills still maintain #1 DVOA ranking over Dallas. Also the only team that is in the top 5 in all categories...Offense and Defense ranked 4th, ST ranked 3rd. Jets ranked 9th. 19th on O, 5th on D, 14th ST. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/nfl/team-efficiency/2022/regular
  3. For the first time in forever, the Bills no longer lead the NFL in point differential. Cowboys passed us with their 33 point explosion in the 4th quarter against Indy. Cowboys at +127, Bills at +124.
  4. There is a reason why to a man, virtually every former teammate he has played with, both college and pro, hate him.
  5. Another example of Wilson simply being a Poser.
  6. The worst part was, the kid wasn't even legally old enough to be drinking! He was only 20! Whoever supplied him with alcohol should be prosecuted as well.
  7. Obviously if this is true, it means Wilson was vastly over-confident in his abilities to succeed under that type of structure.
  8. Is Denver's offense more talented than the Bills 2013 offense that featured EJ Manuel, Jeff Tuel and Thad Lewis as QBs? I'd say yes. Hackett trying to force Wilson to be an "on schedule" QB...something he has never been his entire career. Trying to force a player into your system instead of building a system around the most important position is a sign of bad coaching.
  9. In regulation they have only gave up more than 17 points twice. It's not by average points.
  10. Lockett also fell into this category as well...both had great deep speed.
  11. I think people don't understand there is a vast difference between the skills needed to succeed as a Head Coach versus the skills needed as an OC. Almost a completely different skillset. That is why so many fail as HC's, not because they can't coach football or don't know football.
  12. I think even Jeff Saturday would have more wins than Hackett at this stage of the season.
  13. Guess the owner wasn't happy seeing AJ Brown "Moss" them all night last game.
  14. Around February tho, people start getting really antsy for winter to be over... Can't imagine what it must be like in places like Alaska where you don't see light for 2-3 months at a time.
  15. They'd be the #1 seed at 10-2.
  16. I mean even in Buffalo with EJ Manuel, Thad Lewis and Jeff Tuel he managed to put up 21.2 PPG. Inconceivable how he could be 8 points worse with much more talent.
  17. I hope he is right! Tracy Wolfson is a hottie
  18. The Broncos have been inept on offense all year, but their defense has been playing consistently lights out. This stat is absolutely mind blowing. If the Denver Broncos could have simply cleared the very low bar of scoring 18 points on offense each game, they would be 10-2 and the #1 seed. I would be beside myself right now if I was a Bronco fan. Wasting an absolute championship level defense with this trash offense. Mind blowing how an NFL team could be THIS bad on offense, dead last at 13.5 points a game, more than 2 points lower than the next worse team, the Houston Texans with David Mills and Kyle Allen at QB. Even more mind blowing since their head coach was hired because he was GOOD on offense in his last job in Green Bay and he has Russell Wilson and no matter how far he has fallen, there is no reason why they should have the worst offense in the NFL. Hackett has to go...he has ruined that team on a Rex x 100 level.
  19. Now looking like it's going to be off and on showers the whole game...
  20. OP is an Amazon Warehouse manager that still can't understand why his employees are quitting when he tells them they are expected to work 14 hour shifts, 7 days a week with one 5 minute bathroom break. Don't worry...he thinks the answer to everything is to simply work more hours.
  21. Those nearby factories took all our players by paying an extra .10 an hour. Damn them!!
  22. Bills are 22nd with a .477 win percentage. Packers, Cowboys, Patriots, Ravens, Bears, Dolphins, Steelers, Vikings, Chiefs, 49ers are the top 10.
  23. An Angry Allen is a good Allen.
  24. Haha...yeah that 50+ year head start they got is a little tough to overcome... Wonder what team as the most average wins per season if you ranked all franchises that way?
  25. Winter is a little rough, but we have the best summers of anywhere in the US. Sunny, warm but not super hot and a nice breeze. Not gonna lie...have talked about being in Florida from after Thanksgiving to March once the kids graduate from high school...that's a while away tho.
