  1. Neal was a beast when he got in the Steelers game...didn't notice him as much in this game.
  2. Yeah I know that...I am thinking maybe the low grade had to do with that...and IMO, that open field tackle on Pacheco should have made up for the 3 missed tackles and then some.
  3. That's what great players do...they look at ANY area of their game that could use improvement and they attack it. In Diggs case it was getting off press coverage better with guys that get handsy. The extra muscle and strength help him do that while not sacrificing anything else.
  4. I'm not sure how many points they could have assigned for his open field tackle on Pacheco after he caught the pass and was running laterally towards the sideline and potentially turning it upfield if Milano doesn't make that tackle with nothing but 30 yards of green grass in front of him, but that might have been one of the best open field tackles I have seen in the last 5 years. He runs with him laterally(Pacheco runs a 4.38 40), then makes a diving tackle and he didn't just barely trip him up, he perfect two leg wrap up form-tackled him to the ground...just an amazing play. I mean maybe they thought on that pass to McKinnon right before the half where he picks up 19 yards and gets out of bounds on the first play of their drive before the FG they thought Milano was supposed to cover him, but he was clearly doing his "spy game" move and waiting for Mahomes to break the pocket...although not sure why the Bills would call that D with only 12 seconds left...
  5. Legit question...how many teams backed up at the 2 yard line like the Bills were late in the half would have just tried to find a way to run the clock down and get out of the half without having to punt and give the Chiefs the ball back and consider that a HUGE win? Maybe 29 of them? 30 of them? The Bills causally just are like...nah...we got this and march 98 yards in barely over a minute for a TD 😂 Sometimes I have to wonder if I am watching a different sport than other teams are playing.
  6. I agree, if it comes done to Edmunds and Davis you have to pay Davis...he plays a key role on this offense and is legit the best deep ball receiver in the NFL.
  7. Bills get 1st round bye and face the Dolphins in the divisional round and bludgeon them. Bills face Chiefs at home and beat them handily by 2 scores. Bills face Eagles in the SB and beat them handily by 2 scores to avenge the SB losses and beat the only NFC East team that we hadn't faced in the other 4 SBs. Josh Allen MVP Josh Allen SB MVP Bills are talked about as one of the all-time teams in NFL history and the metrics all back that up. Allen is consensus best QB in the NFL even begrudgingly admitted to by Chief fans. I have to say...I love the Shout song, but this is just bringing the funk!!
  8. I think that's what they are referring to is the mindset of the team/people watching. Basically if the Bills don't make it to the SB this year it will be a huge disappointment at this stage.
  9. So here are the official rules for Ineligble man downfield: SECTION 3 - INELIGIBLE PLAYER DOWNFIELD ARTICLE 1. LEGAL AND ILLEGAL ACTS On a scrimmage play during which a legal forward pass is thrown, an ineligible offensive player, including a T-formation quarterback, is not permitted to move more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage before the pass has been thrown. Item 1. Legally Downfield. An ineligible player is not illegally downfield if, after initiating contact with an opponent within one yard of the line of scrimmage during his initial charge: he moves more than one yard beyond the line while legally blocking or being blocked by an opponent after breaking legal contact with an opponent more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage, he remains stationary until a forward pass is thrown after losing legal contact with an opponent more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage, he is forced behind the line of scrimmage by an opponent, at which time he is again subject to normal blocking restrictions for an ineligible offensive player. Note: If an ineligible offensive player moves beyond the line while legally blocking or being blocked by an opponent, an eligible offensive player may catch a pass between them and the line of scrimmage. Item 2. Illegally Downfield. An ineligible offensive player is illegally downfield if: he moves more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage without contacting an opponent after losing contact with an opponent within one yard of the line of scrimmage, he advances more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage after losing contact with an opponent more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage, he continues to move toward his opponent’s goal line. Penalty: For ineligible offensive player downfield: Loss of five yards from the previous spot. Note: An ineligible offensive player is illegally downfield when his entire body is more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage. So from this wording it appears that this WOULD be legal as long as Mahomes doesn't attempt to throw the ball on the play, OR the contact is initiated within one yard of the line of scrimmage. In the picture you provided, if the LOS is at the 29 yard line and Milano stays where he is on the 28 yard line, that would be a legal block if initiated there, even if they ended up 3 or 4 yards downfield, meaning Mahomes could throw the ball as well without being flagged for a penalty. That being said, if an official sees a guy blocking Milano 4 yards downfield on a pass play I would imagine the flag is probably coming out regardless of where the contact is started since that is almost never seen and the officials aren't likely to be watching where he initiated the block from.
  10. Haha...yeah archive offers an alternative to that...a lot easier than opening up a DevTools window and reading through the HTML, which is what I would normally do(being a software engineer comes in handy at times ) I believe Mahomes would have to be running or they could have an illegal man downfield issue...I am not sure if that is legal if he is outside the pocket, I know a lot of illegal contact/DPI stuff doesn't apply in those cases
  11. They ruin watching football with the other 30 teams tho...OMG some of the QB play in these games...🤮🤮🤮🤮
  12. Bills literally in a class by themself, and then there is everyone else...
  13. Who the hell are these people and why do they feel they should get anything when the stadium is not in Buffalo? Talk about leeches.
  14. The scary thing for defenses must be that Allen would have likely panicked earlier in his career and ran into pressure or made a bad throw, now he simply just delivers a strike and moves the chains or dumps it down for 5-10 yards. Must be super frustrating for DCs to play against him. No matter what you call you are more likely to be wrong than right against him. I mean I guess that makes sense in regards to the tipped passes, but Allen can't be the only player in the NFL they do this against can he? Other QBs aren't having the same tipped ball issues.
  15. There is no way the Eagles should ever be ranked ahead of the Bills
  16. Allen's used to doing things nobody else does. I wouldn't worry too much.
  17. Uh...did you not watch the game Sunday? They ran 2 of them.
  18. Defensive DVOA is honestly shocking, especially when you look at the run D...so we are the #1 run D statistically in YPG and dominate the Run DVOA rankings also. #1 Defensive Adjusted Line Yards(ALY) at 3.42(SF #2 at 3.61) #1 RB Yards at 3.05(SF #2 at 3.10) #11(t) Power Success at 60%(CLE #1 at 38%) #1 Stuffed Percentage at 27%(MIA/ARI #2(t) at 25%) #4 2nd Level Yards at 0.96(SF #1 at 0.73) #2 Open Field Yards at 0.22(SF #1 at 0.18) #4(t) Sacks at 19(DAL #1 at 24) #5 Adjusted Sack Rate at 8.6%(DAL #1 at 10.4%)
