  1. You definitely should! Granted, this take is coming from like 25 years ago, so a lot could have changed by now, hahaha
  2. The Bills may fall on the other side of the coin...they may play too aggressive with leads and allow teams to come back too often. Like against GB and Minnesota. It's kinda like with the Bills now it seems no lead is safe. I mean we are up 17-0 on the Fins last week with a 3rd string rookie QB and all we had to do from that point is not turn it over and we likely cruise to a victory and yet there we are chucking the ball up 60 yards downfield like we are trying to beat them 55-0. Almost came back to bite us in the ass. Or missed an XP.
  3. That brings up an interesting offshoot...does SF with Shanahan have the biggest advantage in the entire NFL? It appears they will be able to keep winning games and being really good without having to pay a QB franchise type money. It is the easiest system in the NFL for a QB to play in and look good in...they can seemingly keep plugging in mid-tier guys and get great success which will leave them with far more cap space for other pieces around the QB than other teams that have franchise guys that are not on rookie deals.
  4. I would like to talk ball... My question watching the Bengals fairly regularly is why do they seem to disappear on offense in one half most games? It's like they go from looking unstoppable to doing nothing or go from doing nothing to looking unstoppable. Like in the Pats game...they led 22-0 and then had to hold on and get a what some would say questionable assist on the Stevenson fumble inside their own 10 yard line when it appeared forward progress was stopped...otherwise they were in danger of losing that game. Same last week after they scored to make it 17-10... With the weapons they have on offense which might be the best in the NFL, it seems a little odd for that to happen so often. It's like for what they have offensively, you would think they would be better than they are. Not that they aren't really good, but for instance you would think they should be Chiefs level good.
  5. The Bills won-lost, KC won-lost but CIN lost-lost.
  6. But that game would directly have affected the Bengals ability to be the 2 seed(or 1 if the Chiefs had lost). How is that any different?
  7. GoldStar over Skyline. I said what I said. I lived in Cincy for a little over a year, I know it's not a popular take, but it's the truth
  8. Does it not seem kind of strange the NFL made concessions for a Baltimore-Cincy playoff game possibility(coin flip if Baltimore won week 18), a KC-Buffalo playoff game concession(neutral site if they meet in the AFCCG) but not a Cincinnati-Buffalo playoff game concession when those were the two actual teams affected most? I can't blame the Bengals and Bengal fans for feeling like they got screwed in this whole thing. They kinda did.
  9. Sounds like he already knows this is his last season here...
  10. Great...another lost "Home" game.
  11. Only for one half. Then the other half they do nothing on offense.
  12. Hamstrings are not something you want to risk playing with half ass. Players always will try and play through stuff, it's up to the trainers and coaching staff to do what's best for them and the team. So if he played and then went down early 2nd quarter from reaggravating the injury and the Bills didn't someone ready that would make more sense. Hamstrings are notorious for feeling fine and then all of a sudden pulling again once a sudden movement happens, only then a little worse than before.
  13. I think it's hard to throw someone into the mix that has had very little time with Allen built up in Crowder. Last you need is them not to be on the same page on a critical 3rd down. I swear with some of the comments on this board either people have their memories wiped so they only remember the last game played or they literally have terrible memories and misremember things from the past on a regular basis.
  14. Who cares, they can think what they think. Lmao...I like GoldStar over Skyline...that should get them all in a tizzy!
  15. No team plays their A game all the time. It simply isn't realistic to think that. Thinking back to when you played sports (if you did), did you always play your best game every game? It doesn't even make sense.
  16. We don't. But even if that is true he has more yards than Mixon on about 40 less carries.
  17. It was talked about after the initial game against the Bengals also
  18. Looking at the comparison between the Bengals and Bills, it looks like the Bills force far more 3rd and 11+ plays than the Bengals do...27.4% for the Bills compared to only 15.7% for the Bengals. In fact the Bills are the best team in the NFL by a WIDE MARGIN in forcing 3rd and 11+ yards. Bills are 27.4% of their 3rd downs, Tennessee is second at 21.9%, then SF and Pittsburgh. In fact, the most common 3rd down for Bills opponents is 3rd and 11+ followed by 3rd and 7-10. That accounts for 54% of all 3rd downs by Bills opponents this year. Compare that to 46.6% for the Bengals...Bills also lead the NFL in this by a wide margin as well, with Tennessee coming in 2nd at 52.3% and then only SF, Pittsburgh and NE over 50% and all of them at 50.5% or less. Shows how good the Bills have been at stuffing runs this year(#1 in the NFL). So one of the reasons the Bills are not as good at preventing these 3rd and longs from being converted is because they simply have a lot more of them.
  19. You don't think they have anxiety about facing us?
  20. Who scares teams outside of Kelce in KC? Nobody. If we lose DaQuan for any of these games we are f**ked. He is the best DL against the run and is a very underrated pass rusher as well.
