    The downside is that when they are in big games where the QB needs to step up and make something happen, they usually aren't able to.

    I think you are underestimating the power of playing for keeps in the playoffs versus regular season games. I think they will rise to the occasion.

    Supposed to be a potential for heavy snow in parts of NY State next weekend, but initial forecast suggests it will be more of a Nor'Easter up the coast and perhaps effect Central NY as well. Bears watching tho as a more Western track would put us more in the mix for potential for heavier snow. Looks unlikely as of now tho.

    Think you are simply misremembering. I suggest you go look back at the games. The offense was much better and more consistent this year in general

    I think what it shows is that Shanahan runs the most effective but easy to play in offense for a QB possibly in NFL history.

    49ers finish at +170 to the Bills +169. Must have been nice to play 6 games in that division this year... Thanks Josh/Davis. Allen gave away 3 in the first half and Davis dropped a perfectly thrown TD late in the game.

    Would you expect any less this season? I also wouldn't sleep on the Bengals getting upset. They are very streaky in games from one half to the next on offense. Baltimore had chances today and rested many starters.

    Cincinnati's offense disappears for large stretches of the game inexplicably most games. They are too talented for that to happen routinely. It shouldn't keep happening but it does. They are in danger in the playoffs IMO.

    Suffice to say his tabletop has a lot of footprints at home.

    Defense for the most part comes down to 3rd/4th down stops in key situations, Red Zone defense, timely turnovers and sometimes just sheer luck on drops, bad reads or bad throws by the QB.
