Yes really...in the bust games, Allen becomes the running game because the RBs are getting tackled for losses or only getting a yard or two on carries. Typically they run the ball well in the first half, then the second half they try the same runs but the D adjusts and shuts them down and then it becomes Allen as the main runner.

We had 4 turnovers against the Rams so I am not even sure then. Won't lock it up but trouncing the Pats in the final game of the year both will feel fantastic AND lock it up.

They also can be very boom or bust at times and when they go long stretches of bust it discourages Dorsey from sticking with it.

Allen typically doesn't do that. Allen plays his best when stakes are highest. As evidenced by his nearly 108 QB rating in PrimeTime games and him having the highest postseason QB Rating in NFL history. Maybe you should look at Burrow's performance in last year's playoffs. 5 TDs and 2 INTs in 4 games isn't gonna get it done. Can't count on your D and kicker to bail you out every game. And 420+ yards of offense to go with 254 yards rushing...but wait...I thought the Bills can't run the ball with their RBs.

The Bills seem to be so good that even their C+ game is good enough to beat most teams and even on the off chance they make too many bonehead plays it takes the other team almost everything they got to beat the Bills by 3 points or less on the last play of the game.

No there would be key backups that would be in starter roles and while not great would be better than most teams current backups.

Yeah it's pretty crazy at times... Look at the Bills D after the opening drive... Bears ran 51 plays for 145 yards for an average of 2.8 yards per play. Just dominating effort by the Bills D. And that includes a 44 yard pass into double coverage that should have been picked off.
