  1. On the first day of playoffs, Josh Allen gave to me... One squuuuiiiissshhhhheeeed fish! Two Diggs TDs Three Frenchman sacks and a Biiiiiiilllls Vic-tooooory!
  2. Maybe the ass kicking we gave them was still fresh in their minds and it stung?
  3. It's better than I thought tho...overall Bills D is 6th in total yards, 5th in rushing yards, 15th in passing yards, 4th in QB rating against and they have moved all the way up to 7th on 3rd down defense. Obviously 2nd in scoring D. To put it in perspective they only give up 14 yards a game more than the 7th rated pass D so it's not like they are far away from being top 10(5 yards from Houston at 10).
  4. Compared to the No Fly Zone we had for like 4 years tho it seems terrible, but stats say it's league average. They have allowed a lot of garbage yards too over the season as well.
  5. I wouldn't hate if the Bills went WR in round 1 and maybe even moved up a little if there is a guy there they liked a lot.
  6. He could be. If I was the doctor clearing him tho, I'd be holding a rosary and saying some Hail Mary's during the game praying he doesn't get another concussion on a basic looking hit. That's more of the thing for me...the Bills hit and the Packers hit were not major hits...you see QBs get hit like that at least 3-4 times a game on each team and very few of them end up with concussions from it. Seemingly Tua's concussion threshold is far lower than other QBs in that it takes far less for him to get one than most other QBs.
  7. It's about league average now. I know some think it's terrible. But realistically it's league average...it just was so good for so long that it looks terrible in comparison. They are typically much better in the RZ...in fact they are the best RZ D in the NFL. They get INTs. They aren't going to simply shut teams down like they used to anymore tho. Not sure if we get back to that tbh
  8. Yeah, it's an imperfect system but it is inherently so because concussions are in large part a subjective diagnosis...there is no way of legitimately knowing whether a player is truly concussion free or not. Sure there are telltale symptoms at times but many times there are not even tho the person may actually have a concussions which can be made worse with further hits. They rely on baseline tests done in the offseason to compare their current tests to, but as players often have said, some attempt to do worse on their baseline tests to help mask things.
  9. Concusion or not, is there ever going to be a situation where a team in the playoffs is going to allow contact with their QB in practices? I mean not even playoffs...regular season. What team is allowing their $250 million franchise player to get hit? If there is, the head coach needs to immediately be fired for being an absolute idiot.
  10. Edmunds is going to likely get 14-15+ million a year and it won't be from the Bills.
  11. Fin fans want Tua They think they can win with him Delusional fans
  12. Chris Berman on Primetime Sunday: "Nobody! And I mean Nobody! Backs into the playoffs like the Miami Dolphins!"
  13. Maybe he is bringing some Purple Drank to the locker room too!
  14. The NFL cares very much about the "appearance" of concern for player well being even if they don't mean it behind the scenes. All eyes are on them right now with this situation. This is nowhere close to some "sure thing". Also, as a doctor are you putting your medical license on the line to clear this dude?
  15. Amazing story and article! Only thing that sucks is I read the first two pages and the final page it gave me the old "subscribe if you want to finish reading" thing. Anyone want to post the highlights on page 3??
  16. It's the dropped passes in key situations that is more concerning with him in the playoffs...has happened every year
  17. Beane usually out in front of these type of things...makes me think we are not resigning Edmunds. Kuechly was basically the best parts of Milano and Edmunds combined into one with none of the weaknesses
  18. Typically WR2's only get one contract unless they get promoted to WR1 and you replace them in the draft...see Robert Woods. Not enough money to give a big contract to a WR2. Only positions that typically see big contracts on elite teams are: QB WR1 TE1 LT C/G(maybe) DE DT(maybe) CB MLB(maybe) S
  19. He also made desperate moves like trading up for Watkins.
  20. Exactly. Look at New Orleans who was $110 million over the cap easily getting under it and then making splash UFA signings too. At the end of the day I'll trust Beane far more than some dork off the internet.
  21. It is far easier to put a bunch of talented players together with no consideration for how they fit together as a team or into whatever culture you have or are trying to build than it is to sign players specifically to form an elite team of players... Whaley was good at the former... Beane is good at the latter.
