  1. Plows are not going to work well in these conditions. Last Snowvember they had to call in heavy construction equipment because the plows were getting stuck and/or breaking, which then made the situation worse. Erie County likely will have a travel ban until at least Monday most likely so how are people going to even get to the game? Walk or snowmobile?
  2. This is a potentially life threatening situation, there is going to be plenty of real-life drama not associated with football for this event. Roofs caving in, medical emergencies with no way of getting to the people, carbon monoxide deaths from people not clearing vents and/or being stuck in their cars, travel bans, etc, etc. NFL needs to not be idiots and move the game. Football is a secondary concern at this point.
  3. Buffalo starting early with the defense of it's National Golden Snowglobe "victory" last year(and 2 in 3 years!) with a bang! Attempt to end the contest before it starts
  4. Just like Snowvember...the totals just keep going up...from 31 to 37 to 41 to now almost 46 with some areas in the 60-70" shadings.
  5. Dude nobody calls this a light dusting. Unless you live in the Northtowns where everyone else gets buried and you get nothing. Won't be the case this time tho. Even Niagara Falls and Lockport getting in on the fun Saturday
  6. That pays for player salaries year to year but owners still need to have cash up front for all the signing bonuses being paid. If they have been paying out a lot in signing bonuses it is entirely possible he is strapped for cash.
  7. Been saying this all week...it almost has to happen...
  8. Wow...this is pretty sad if true...Mark Davis is basically a Welfare Case while everyone else in the NFL owner table is flying in private jets. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/nfl-rumors-raiders-dont-money-220536528.html
  9. If you are looking at the weather channel for your reports it's the wrong place to look. Never go there for anything related to Lake Effect Events. Only NOAA/NWS Buffalo Not happening.
  10. I still think this game has to be get moved. There is going to be a travel ban for Erie County with almost certainty and the I-90/219 will be closed.
  11. Yeah..I mean if you turn the ball over 4 times, it's hard to win any game even tho the Bills require miracles from teams to beat them even with that.
  12. Here is the best up to the minute(almost literally) expectations from the most accurate source possible: TLDR: Buffalo Metro: Thursday night: 12-18", Friday 12-18", Friday Night: 8-12", Saturday: 8-12"(no forecast for Saturday Night/Sunday yet) Totals: 40-60"
  13. We don't need to "stop it". Cleveland will not win this game by simply running the ball. Bills simply have to contain it well enough. Anything under 150 yards and the Bills win by multiple scores.
  14. And how would the Bills get out of Buffalo if they waited for that? The airport will be closed. By that point the I-90 would likely be shut down also. Thursday night alone is 10-16 inches for that area
  15. I don't see NE winning either game. Belichick hasn't even forced a punt in 2 games.
  16. Conference maybe, division definitely not. Bills will be fine. Relax. The panic around here is comical. Thank God people like you aren't on any team I ever played on.
  17. Pretty common actually. Almost all players talk about this that it's more mental at this stage than physical. Tre probably is frustrated he cannot do some things the way he used to, but also doesn't want to hear that it will take time for that to come back.
  18. Likely would face passport/border crossing issues. Teams would need to know well in advance for any international travel to ensure no issues with that.
  19. But...this is the same issue that has faced the last 3 team that won the SB so it isn't just the Bills...all around the same 5-6 week timeframe during the season... KC lost 4 of 6 to go to 6-4, TB 3 of 4 to go to 7-5 and Rams 3 straight to go to 7-4. All happened between weeks 10-12. Must be something from a mentality standpoint where it is hard to keep getting up as much as the other team that views you as their super bowl type game.
  20. Snow Plow Drivers getting ready for tomorrow with this song on repeat: "I wake up in the mornin' And I raise my weary head I got an old coat for a pillow And the driver's seat was last night's bed I can't see where I'm goin' Only God knows where I've been..."
  21. This isn't a positive development that is for sure. We could easily see 3-4 feet by Friday night.
  22. I need to know...where did you get the cheeseburgers from? Must be some kind of burger to have that effect on the team. Need to try them. 😂
  23. Agree...it's almost like the Bills get bored with other teams and stop preparing hard for them.
  24. Be assured the Bills themselves could care less about this, and if they are aware of it are probably laughing about it in the locker room...just like the "Bickering Bills" were. Comes off as media people who likely never played sports at any level that have no idea what actually goes on in a locker room thinking something is weird or out of line, when it's normal. Not a blizzard. A Lake effect Snow event.
