US flirting with danger with the sloppy play this half. Bale only needs one touch to make them pay.
-
Well deserved goal and what a goal it was... US has been dominating in possession and it finally paid off.
-
Relatively tough group...only group in the WC where all teams are in the top 20...England #5, US #16, Wales #19 and Iran #20. Could see the US win all 3 or lose all 3. Most likely will go 1-1-1...unsure if that will be enough to make it through tho

I think it's clear that Zach Wilson is a bust

Wilson then blames the winds as why he sucked. Bills say we'll see you in a few weeks: -

And have them sit unused when there are driving bans in place? -
Only game he had over 300 yards passing and 3 TDs this year was against the Bills... He had 212 against the Fins last week and 266 against the Pats, although he was 21 of 45 with a completion percentage of under 50%. not used to seeing the Bills struggle like this in pass D. He played well but we made him look better than he was.

Tre'Davious White - when will he be ready?
Big Turk replied to Deadstroke's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's a mental issue at this point for White, although I wonder if he looks really bad in practice and is getting smoked? -
I know that's part of the issue but even against the Fins they barely gave up 200 yard passing, and that was due to the one deep shot they hit mid 4th quarter. It's a recent issue...the Bills to begin the season and going back to last year when White was out actually gave up LESS yards to teams than they did with him...

We used to LOVE when teams had to drop back and pass, it was rare they got to 200 yards passing in a game...now we are seeing 300+ games against us with regularity. It's concerning...more so because the Bills seemingly offer no resistance whatsoever on D for much of the time. The pass rush is dangerously close to going back to the "lots of pressure but no sacks" defense we had with Hughes here. The DLine was ALL OVER Brissett yesterday but only brought him down for a sack once on a blitz by Milano. Is the pass rush not staying in their rush lanes which offers easy escape routes? Is the D playing too soft thinking the QB won't have time to get the ball deep due to the pressure? I'm not sure what has happened but the turning point was the Steeler game...although we easily won, Pickett had 300+ yards passing. Since that point it's been like a giant sh**show on D when we are up big...players running wide open, easy drives for TDs against us...not sure what the answer is, but it needs to change back to the way we were in the beginning of the year.

Literally the biggest issue on this team is the defense when up by 2+ scores. It has been astoundingly atrocious. We used to WANT teams to drop back and pass against us because it was a no fly zone. Now they are just moving the ball with ease through the air and scoring without any issues. Not sure what they are doing differently or if it simply too much personnel loss on defense, but to me, THIS is the biggest problem with this team. It has cost us twice against the Jets and Vikings. Jets ran the ball a lot but still...they made pass plays when needed. Bills seemingly don't have any answers for when teams want to drop back and pass. Watching the Cowboys simply demolish the Vikings and sack Cousins repeatedly was just impressive...Bills get a lot of pressure but for whatever reason they seemingly have started the whole "let the QB escape" thing again even when they have numbers to bring him down. Is it players not staying in their pass rush lanes? One person freelancing too much? I don't know...something seems off with the D and it gets amplified when they are up big. The Bills should have sacked Brissett 4-5 times yesterday and they only got him once.

And explains when they don't have those issues why they hold Chubb to 19 yards and Henry to like 25.

It's amazing that people don't realize that literally every team in the league goes through these stretches and it's usually right around this time every year...somehow in their mind the Bills are the only team who goes through them. Now the team is terrible being 7-3 and losing 3 games by a combined 8 points. They will be fine. Too much hand wringing about what will turn out to be nothing in the end. Complaining about an offense that has scored 27, 17, 30 and 31 points in the last month to the degree many are is kinda mind boggling to me. It's like they are scoring 13 points a game or something. Got news for ya...there are 25+ teams that would sign up to have our "roster issues" right now and would probably fight each other for the right to do so.
-
Wow...that is really bad...basically we are getting to the RB's very quickly just not bringing them down when we do.
-
Imagine us sitting here like Denver fans as they realize their team would be 9-1 if they could simply score 18 points on offense.
-
The one play I really remember was him loading up to go deep, then literally pulling his arm back at the last second and checking it down to Knox. Would love to see the All-22 to see what he saw downfield.
-
The spacing on our screen plays is awful...the screen player is usually WAY too close to the blockers which draws all the defenders to him.
-
The Bills won yesterday because.... (karma reasons only)
Big Turk replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
I switched it up and wore my Diggs jersey instead of my Allen jersey. Of course. Duh! -
It's due to all these pick plays they run. If the refs actually called offensive PI to the degree they should with those, they it would cripple their offense.

How was that not grounding?? In the tackle box, obvious throwaway to avoid a sack and nobody was there
