Allen is something special...the fumbled snaps on Thanksgiving that Allen makes plays on is becoming a thing... The Dallas fumble where he picks the ball up and then overpowers like 2 Cowboys to get the first down was awesome too

We haven't played Detroit on Thanksgiving since I believe 1994 with Kelly and lost 35-21. We are 0-2 versus Detroit on Thanksgiving. We beat Dallas and New Orleans in the night game last year...it was the game Tre was injured in.

I think it would be more a matter of him thinking he might hurt the team and potentially he isn't playing well enough in practice right now or playing at much lower level against Diggs than he used to. That's a big hurdle to get over coming back from these...a lot of times it won't feel right for many months even after he starts playing again. Many players say it takes them a full year even after they begin playing to feel back to normal

You'd be shocked at how often this isn't true or not even cared about Well...to a point I agree but when the playoffs start in the NBA you already know the champion is going to be one of 2 or 3 teams because the other teams have virtually no chance at winning. Maybe winning a round in an upset? Sure...but getting the championship as an 8th seed and winning? Never happening. Contrast that to the NFL when you have had 6th seeds win the Super Bowl. In the NFL it matters more on how you are playing when the playoffs start than in other sports where their talent gaps are still too large in multi game series. In the NFL it's only one game and in a single game a bad bounce, bad call, muffed punt or fumble could mean the difference between winning and losing, whereas if it was a best of 7 series it would be unlikely for that team to win the majority of the games. In the NFL you have a team win the Super Bowl that nobody would argue was actually the best team in football that year far more often than other leagues. Hockey might be the closest to that where lower seeds can make the finals but they rarely win them when they do and usually get smoked

It's kind of a skewed stat because Mahomes started 1 game his first year, which counts towards a year. I'd say both have a good chance of returning verse the Pats. I'm just kind of flabbergasted at the amount of ankle injuries this year...is it something where players are diving at our guys feet more?? Seems really hard to believe it could just be that big of a difference otherwise.

McKenzie is frustrating because he should be more productive than he is. His routes are not precise enough at times and he doesn't have a great feel for sitting down against zone coverage He has been a massive disappointment as the starting slot WR after showing great promise there at times filling in for Beasley last year. Wonder if there is something different Dorsey is doing with him versus what Daboll did.
