  1. Robert Foster did more than Hodgins did when he got playing time. That should tell you what you need to know. Hodgins is a JAG that probably will not be on the roster as they improve.
  2. Sorry it was not....the pro football hall of fame is Canton according to their own site for 3 primary reasons: History The Pro Football Hall of Fame is located in Canton, Ohio, for three primary reasons: (1) the American Professional Football Association, later renamed the National Football League, was founded in Canton on Sept. 17, 1920; (2) the Canton Bulldogs were an early pro football power, even before the days of the NFL. They were also the first two-time champion of the NFL, in 1922 and 1923. The great Jim Thorpe, the first big-name athlete to play pro football, played his first pro football with the Bulldogs, starting in 1915; (3) Canton citizens early in the 1960s launched a determined and well-organized campaign to earn the site designation for their city. The Canton Bulldogs came into existence in 1903, more than 30 years after the first game was played in the US. There is some evidence the battery actually was invented in ancient Egypt and some believe it is pictured in artwork on the pyramid walls.
  3. Agree... If Bijan Robinson is there at 27 I don't know how they pass him up...dude is a complete stud. By far the best player they would be able to select there. If not, any of JSN, Josh Downs or Zay Flowers would make me a happy camper.
  4. Seems like you are working OT to make this comparison...sit down and take a breather...you must be exhausted.
  5. Don't think WR2 or WR1 in the draft...just think.
  6. Hasn't he interviewed for jobs where they hired a Black coach? What's the reason then, he was too black? Someone else's "Bojangles routine" up on the coffee table was better? I mean, this doesn't make much sense as 4-5 other black head coaches have been hired minimum during this time.
  7. Draft JSN, Josh Downs or Zay Flowers...whoever is available when we pick at 27 in that order. If Bijan Robinson is available tho, I think you might have to take him. Yeah it's an RB but he is almost a sure fire elite player. Comparison is Saquon Barkley. And we need elite players. I don't know how you pass that up at 27.
  8. I mean this sounds a little silly when the team averaged allowing 17.5 points during the season.
  9. OK, then stop watching, nobody is forcing you to watch. Have a nice day...plenty of Bachelorette or Housewives of Wherever episodes for you to watch competing in Primetime against the NFL.
  10. Spags blitzes are designed to get free runners to the QB, probably the most important part of designing blitz schemes...quick pressure with nobody blocking the player.
  11. As well as apparently all other major sporting leagues we follow in the US? MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL all had their roots in Canada? That's crazy... In 1874 McGill University in Montreal sent a letter challenging Harvard to a few friendly games in Cambridge, MA of "foot-ball" which Harvard accepted. The first game too place in May of 1874 and had 500 spectators watching. The first recorded game of Canadian Football took place in 1861. https://www.distractify.com/p/did-canada-invent-football
  12. This was a fantastic breakdown of how Reid paid attention to what the Eagles were doing and used it against them for 2 wide open TDs.
  13. Sounds similar to what people said about Andy Reid for 15 years.
  14. Yes...you trade a first ballot future HOF'er for "hope" you draft someone better. Have you taken any psychedelic drugs lately? I agree with all of it. Allen needs to stop feeling like he has to make something happen on every play because his players aren't getting open enough or the coaching staff isn't giving him enough easy answers. He also needs to get better at taking the easy answers when they are there.
  15. 27 of Mahomes TDs this year traveled under 10 yards in the air...wonder how many Allen had. Not more than 10 I bet. I can only recall a few.
  16. It is, by far, the worst weather city in the NFL as ranked by the weather channel. Green Bay was second...a distant 2nd. It's an article on Fan Duel itself.
  17. SB obviously, stop acting like its one or the other. Allen being MVP obviously would help our chances since he wouldn't be turning the ball over as much, which has been the knock on why he hasn't won it(although to be fair in 99.5% of seasons, Allen's 2020 season would have won MVP....if not for one of the best season of all time for Rodgers.)
  18. They actually did when it mattered in the 2nd half. That's what helped give them the lead, a key stop on 3rd down, a bad punt and a return to the 5 yard line.
  19. Bills are 2nd to the Chiefs(+600) at +850. Vegas doesn't appear too down on them unlike 75% of the posters here.
  20. As Mahomes showed, the two aren't mutually exclusive.
  21. Allen is +170, Mahomes and Burrow +700 are closest. Vegas obviously isn't buying what so many on these Bills Boards are trying to sell them. Bills Boards: Allen is a liability! His turnovers are costing us games! He isn't good enough! Wah! Wah! Wah! Vegas: NFL favorite for MVP next year in a landslide by almost 3.5 times the next player. Step back from the ledge and have some perspective.
  22. He is just mad looking at the 2023 Futures NFL MVP Odds where Allen has a massive lead on Mahomes and everyone else. Bills boards: Allen is a massive problem!! He isn't good enough! He turns the ball over way way too much! He is a liability! Wah! Wah! Wah! Vegas: NFL MVP Favorite by a landslide.
  23. Favre was a 3 time NFL MVP in 3 straight years between 1995-1997, are you claiming the voting was rigged or something. C'mon man, let's stop pretending he wasn't among the best of his time. This sounds really revisionist.
