  1. The Bills-Fins is most definitely getting flexed. By far the best of the 5 games that are eligible.
  2. And stop to help random people out of ditches they slid into...
  3. Wind could factor into this one...sustained 10-15 mph winds with gusts of 25-30 mph.. Wonder if Jones is allowed to throw more than 3 passes haha https://www.yahoo.com/sports/patriots-bills-forecast-features-wild-022712330.html
  4. I really wish I woulda went to South Carolina University...their team is called the Gamecocks or "C0cks" for short... Would be out at the college bar and start a Convo with random women like "So, are you a big C0ck fan?"
  5. Wow...that is disgusting... Child porn charges and intent to distribute... https://www.tmz.com/2022/11/30/uf-qb-jalen-kitna-jon-kitnas-son-arrested/
  6. I would have been thoroughly embarrassed if my head coach ever acted in that manner.
  7. Awe....these two 😍🤩 Never grows old tho...
  8. Apparently the NFL wanted Jets-Bills but CBS protected it...so they settled for Chargers-Fins.
  9. Didn't they have some ridiculous streak of D/ST TD's also? I vaguely remember that team and everyone wondering how they kept winning.
  10. Probably because the rookies/backups are getting exposed when the QB has more time?
  11. We just won the last one in Detroit and I believe against Cleveland too...in Detroit...maybe Detroit is just lucky for us.
  12. I remember that year...wasn't that the year they played Kyle Orton and he was awful most games but the D/ST made crazy and timely plays to win games?
  13. Over a period of time these things tend to balance out and regress towards the mean, similar to if you tossed a coin...you may have a wide margin after 50 tosses where heads might be 35 to 15, but when you get to 500, 1000, 3000, etc there is a good chance it is much closer to 50/50. So it becomes how long does it happen where "luck" goes the other way? It could very well correct over the course of a year, but it could be a thing that doesn't change until the following season as well...hard to say, but it would be nice if some of these started going our way... Oliver's fumble recovery and the missed 29 yarder in the Lions game was a good start, I have to say. Because when it happens, there is not really anything that the Bills did that caused that not to happen. One thing if a Bills player was in position and swatted the ball away, or they tipped the FG at the line. Another when a player is standing all by himself and drops the ball, or the kicker misses randomly when there is a clean operation and no pressure.
  14. I've never seen a Turducken either, so we got a lot of things going on there 😂
  15. Also likely a lot of "copy catting" going on by teams...once a team finds a real or even perceived weakness, other teams will then try and exploit it until it's shown that you have an answer for it or that it is no longer a weakness. Bills haven't done this and as such, teams continue to attack it.
  16. You would think the Chiefs would want someone else to get him since he seems to fumble at key moments in games and they could use that to their advantage.
  17. He has been bad in certain things, but very good in others. I don't think it's fair to say he has been terrible across the board. In man coverage, sure...he hasn't been good. That's been noticeable. But he HAS been good on run defense for the most part, and in making plays in space on players. Zone coverage as well. He was the player that made the play against Mahomes to end the game. Seems to always have a knack for making big plays in key moments/big games. KC game this year, Ravens game in the playoffs, Steelers game right before the half where it swung the game to the Bills favor with a pick 6,etc...
  18. It appears to be that way. Bills defense has seemingly played a lot more single high safety this year for various reasons since Hyde has been out, which forces Johnson into more man coverage. They also have been poor at switching off on receivers(Banjo) on plays where receivers criss cross/run picks near the line, probably due to some growing pains for the rooks(Benford and Elam), which ends up leaving guys open too often as well. It's probably some combination of all of those to be honest. They are showing reps of a lot of different scenarios, but the one constant seems to be he has not been as effective in man coverage and that he is being asked to play a lot more of it this year than in years past. I'll make sure to let you know the next time I have eggs somewhere so you can check it out 😉
  19. No need to read them if they bother you so much. Don't think it's been a mystery to anyone watching games that Johnson seems to be getting beat/picked on a lot more than usual this year, it's interesting to see why that is. Not sure how bringing attention to a Cover1 video has anything to do with me, but that's an interesting, if not refreshing take.
  20. Forget the turkey leg, he deserved the whole rest of the turkey after Diggs, Allen and Bass got their legs. Looks like he is back to form after needing a week or two to recover with the ankle even after coming back.
  21. Taron Johnson has been getting beat a lot more than usual this year it seems. Cover1 has a pretty good breakdown as to why. Bills are asking him to play more man coverage this year and he has been struggling with it at times, especially on slot fades to the outside where he gets out-leveraged many times. However, he has still been very good on run plays and in zone defense, being credited with 12 stops and has been very good at tracking the ball carrier and making plays on them in space. Bills pass D in general seems to be struggling and it seems Frazier has been trying different things to try and get it fixed, but so far nothing has helped. Leaving Johnson in man coverage more often doesn't seem to be the answer from this.
  22. The problem even after that is the US has nobody other than Pulisic who can legit beat a defender one on one and force help to leave someone else wide open for a pass or give them a clean shot on goal in alone inside the 18. So many times they make nice plays to get a guy one on one with a defender and they can't beat them or try to make a pass instead and it gets cleared. This is going to eventually be the US downfall...we will play a team that has skill players that make great individual efforts to score on us and we won't have an answer...takes way too many high quality scoring chances for the US to score goals. Might be the worst in the WC so far in terms of goals/scoring chance.
  23. I guess the original post to the same tweet wasn't enough...had to put one further back so nobody had to go back so far 😂
