Too early yet to really get solid amounts as there are a lot of moving parts with this one that weren't really in play in the other one where it was pretty much "you are going to get an ungodly amount of snow and nothing can save you" from the get go. This one has a bunch of things that could disrupt, shift, lessen/increase intensity, etc that won't be better known until probably late Friday night. The heaviest snows are expected in the Southtowns and ski country from what I am seeing and it likely will be around 2 feet as of right now, but it appears that amount may begin to increase as the conditions for a longer duration event into Monday and even Tuesday of next week now looks much more favorable than earlier. All this to say the 9 inches is probably the bare minimum for an area.

There is so much great content out there to watch on Youtube/Twitter/NFL.com etc I am not sure buying a book is even worth it

Recommend the following YouTube channels/sites that break things down really well and explain things: Cover1 - Bills focused coverage with a wide variety of content and breakdowns on just about anything and everything...exceptionally well done most times and very informative https://www.youtube.com/@Cover1 JT O'Sullivan QB School - former NFL QB that has a TON of content on pretty much everything NFL related from what happens during the weekly preparations, film study, meetings, etc to breaking down QB film and games. Has several on Josh Allen. https://www.youtube.com/@TheQBSchool Kurt Warner - former NFL MVP and Super Bowl winning QB with tons of great content on QB play and many other topics https://www.youtube.com/c/kurtwarnerqbc Coverage Concepts: Steve Spagnuoulo - Chiefs DC breaking down defense Great site with a lot of good content...college based but most is relevant for any level of football: https://www.shakinthesouthland.com/football-101 Another great site with tons of film breakdown on wide variety of topics: http://nflbreakdowns.com/ Former NFL Player Brian Baldinger with his breakdowns of plays/players...does a wide variety and always has some Bills ones in there. https://www.nfl.com/videos/channel/baldy-s-breakdowns-vc

Week 15: Dolphins at Bills on Saturday Night Football
Big Turk replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is way overrated. Rarely does it play out as a huge advantage. Teams bring players in a LOT. Most times it doesn't even register as a blip during the game. There are very few Lawyer Milloy games. All of that stuff is on film for people to see and study to begin with, it's not like they are giving them any real intel over what they can already see on film and what they know from playing them in division many times. -

Did he carry us on his back against NE when both Motor and Cook had 80+ yards rushing? Where would the Chiefs be without Mahomes carrying the team on his back? That's the NFL these days with a stud, do it all QB. People should probably get used to it because more and more teams will be like this moving forward. -

So are Chicago's, Baltimore's, Philadelphia's, and any other team with a QB who can run. So what? -

The Bills average 4.55 yards on RB carries this season, tied for 11th best in the NFL. -

No. The Bills are a far better team than the Dolphins are and they will show it. -

Singletary actually at 642 yards, 4.4 YPC. Bills are 4th in the NFL in YPC at 5.0. The "we can't run" angle is way overblown and has shown to be false. It's far more we would rather throw the ball than it is we can't run it. And Fins blitz a ton which forces man coverage and their backs to be turned to the QB which will open up huge running lanes for Allen most likely. If the Fins choose to play D like they did against the Chargers, Allen will have 150 yards rushing Saturday. Bills are 9th in Power Success Rate at 73% -

Allen can still throw the ball. Miami is one of the worst running teams in the NFL at under 90 yards a game, the Bills are one of the best rushing teams in the NFL(8th) and ahead of noted running teams such at the 49ers, Raiders(Jacobs leads the NFL in rushing) and Titans. They are also the only team in the NFL to have 100+ yards rushing in every game this season. Bills are 4th in the NFL in run defense allowing under 100 yards a game. All this to say...these fears are not only irrational but will likely be unfounded. -

Miami has 5 wins in WNY in December or January in franchise history. None of them have come in a year the Bills made the playoffs. This will not be the first one. -
Isaiah Hodgins claimed off waivers by Giants
Big Turk replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah...same concept...people are acting like these players are going to turn into the next Adam Thielen...it's not happening. -

The Fins were already going to get their ass handed to them before the weather, this pretty much ensures it. -
Bills may not play another regular season game on Sunday this year

Mine also -
This appears to show Groot has been the 3rd best edge pass rusher in terms of performance over expectation based on his assignments. Only behind Parsons and Garrett. That's pretty good company.

Isaiah Hodgins claimed off waivers by Giants
Big Turk replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
When a team is lacking talent, it's easy for players like Hodgins to get reps and catches. Similar to Robert Foster here. Once they start improving, he goes back to becoming a fringe/PS type player. Happy he is getting a chance, but I doubt he becomes a regular 500-600 yard player year in and year out. -
I feel this has probably been the wildest schedule the Bills have had in a long time in terms of playing in their normal 1pm timeslot. We may have played our last Sunday 1pm game of the year against the Jets last week. We play Miami and the Bears on back to back Saturdays, then the Bengals on Monday Night. Patriot game is a TBD game, but seeing as it might be to determine playoff seedings and/or Patriots making the playoffs and the Bills are national media darlings, there is a relatively high probability it gets moved. Guess this is the price of being good in the new era of games played in non-traditional timeslots more and more, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Roster Moves to Sign Brown & Beasley to the 53?
Big Turk replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
They like them on teams I guess That's not true...nobody knows how the game will play out...very few teams that win the Super Bowl "play their best game". They mostly play well enough to win and the other team doesn't. -
Allen played in Wyoming. It's less about growing up in cold/snow than it is about playing in it regularly. Anyone can become accustomed to it but it's a lot harder for teams that aren't used to it to get over that mental hurdle of playing in it. Sometimes you can see those teams are defeated by the weather before even getting on the field.
