It actually WAS supposed to be about the Bills and they declined...so it became about the Browns... Bills Russ Brandon and a couple of others still had a cameo appearance in there where he tries to play the hard ass and looks silly.

It's a cool movie but not very realistic...they actually had a video with Chargers GM and WNY native Tom Telesco where they showed him a bunch of clips of the movie to get his opinion on it and how realistic it was. It was pretty hilarious...he said some parts were pretty realistic but he was flipping out about the draft board they had...every time they showed it he has to say something about it because there were hardly any players on it. 😂

Jets are a better team with Rodgers. How much better remains to be seen. I am betting people who think they are getting MVP level Rodgers are going to be disappointed. They gave up a lot for him and in a year or two still won't have an answer at QB.

Ehh...that's not accurate. Norwood's range was around 47 yards back then. He basically had to put everything he had into it to make sure it got there and it likely caused it to be less accurate as a result. There was a big different between 40 yard FGs in the early 90s and 47 yard FGs. Now pretty much anything 55 yards and under you expect your kicker to make. Definitely not the case back then. Kickers are night and day better now. And for the 1990 season Norwood was 5 for 10 of FGs of 40-49 yards. 50%. So it was a true coinflip...it came up tails that time.
