  1. It also helped the 3 teams in their division over that time frame were mostly inept with no QBs
  2. Steph and Reggie Miller for me...and of course "Big Shot Bob" Horry in the playoffs who was unconsciously clutch with big threes late in games.
  3. Their QB took way less money than he could have gotten allowing them to keep other pieces. Belichick was a master at letting guys go a year too early rather than a year too late. Aging vets got replaced right around the time they fell off a cliff most times. Tom Brady covered up for a ton of missteps in the draft.
  4. Damn what a steal...one year $1.7 million. Beane is a wizard.
  5. Maybe the Bills should have since he put up 3 100 yard games against them in the 4 times he played and scored 5 YDs
  6. 4 games played against the Bills...3 games over 100 yards and 5 TDs. That's pretty good. Averages 6.4 YPC against us.
  7. Nice! He always seemed to play well against us...
  8. Players have no say whether their contract gets restructured or not most times. Teams include clauses when they sign that allow them to do it at the teams discretion. There is only a win for them when a players contract gets restructured, they get more money up front.
  9. I remember watching the games last year and wondering who he was cause he kept making plays against us.
  10. He obviously wasn't released or the Bills would have announced it.
  11. Or maybe they don't have a choice since players force them to if they want to sign them because the franchise's suck?
  12. We are loaded with qualified minority candidates for these jobs and it's always the white dudes we lose.
  13. Chiefs somehow got 2 3rd round picks for two years TWICE by losing minority people in their organization... Talk about a franchise that seems to just have a lucky charm permanently attached to it.
  14. Depends on the structure. If it's a fully guaranteed $30 million signing bonus it would be a $10 million cap hit to cut him in year 3. UPDATE: Just updated the terms that I found...it's actually $50 million fully guaranteed and $30 million signing bonus with $60 million in total guarantees($10 million injury only likely). I doubt he will get cut at all, wouldn't make any sense
  15. I don't know why he is basically viewed as a mercenary around the NFL...he puts up good numbers with multiple 1000 yard seasons even with bad QBs. Is he a locker room problem? Doesn't really care about the team or winning? Something doesn't seem right with that.
  16. Per ESPN Sportcenter... Holy crap...guess they needed to clear Cooks off their books(I know you liked the rhyming skills 😂) to extend Tunstill, as those happened pretty quickly in succession. That's crazy money for an OT
  17. Per me watching ESPN Sportcenter. Not a bad move...definitely gives them an element they thought Gallup would give them last year but didn't.
  18. No. Stop with this nonsense already. They aren't taking on massive contracts
