  1. LMAO!!! The Return of "Grape Davis"! Bills official social media account must be run by someone on crack! 😂😂😂
  2. The problem is the Bills asked him to be a WR2 and he was never capable of that. But as a WR4, he might be one of the best in the NFL.
  3. It's like what GM's will often tell fans when they get interviewed and asked about stuff like this..."don't believe much of what you read or hear, some of it is true but most of it isn't".
  4. That's actually a misnomer...Rice himself stated he had no idea how to "get off the blocks" to run a 40, which caused his time to be very slow. So yes, while he might have been clocked as that speed, that was not actually his speed in real life if he was running. Most feel he was closer to mid 4.4's in real life or 4.5 at the worst. I mean, how many people have you ever seen catch Jerry Rice from behind? I don't remember many, if any.
  5. That is relatively inconsequential. Cooper Kupp runs a 4.62 40. Davante Adams runs a 4.57, Cris Carter ran a 4.63, Anquan Bolden ran a 4.71, Larry Fitzgerald ran a 4.63... Those numbers don't actually mean anything really at the end of the day...there are other factors involved as to why he isn't able to shake loose that many other players running his speed or slower, figured out how to overcome. Coleman needs to do a better job of keeping DBs off balance regarding the route he is running that clearly he is not, whether that is because he is telegraphing it somehow or because he isn't setting them up to be on their wrong foot, or whatever
  6. OK, it's officially called "Practice Squad/Injured", which is like IR but for the Practice Squad where he can remain on there but not count against players on the Practice Squad.
  7. Is it not strange that essentially Davis and Coleman are for all intents and purposes similar players in terms of speed/body type but Davis consistently can separate on deep balls while Coleman has dudes stuck to him like super glue? Actually yes, IR As a WR4, he could make a major impact, IMO
  8. Pats seem to be doing just fine with it
  9. Operation Chief Killer is underway...
  10. Uh oh...Operation Chief Killer has begun...Gabe Davis activated from Practice Squad IR...are we going to get another patented Jim Nantz call this week???? "It's GABE!!!! DAAAAAAA-VVVIIIIISSSSS! There he goes again...TD Bills!"
  11. Allen has a few in there after the losses...the one after the Pats game where he talks about how "I need Diggs back" and after the Falcons game where he says "I am a fraud MVP" 😂
  12. I mean realistically Reid because without him, it would all crumble...at least in the sense that they are basically the Brady Patriots But objectively Mahomes is what makes it go.
  13. 😂😂 These AI videos are so funny sometimes I am almost crying from laughing so hard
  14. But yet these other teams do the same thing many times and don't get called? Seems a little fishy to me especially since I have seen multiple times where Bills players jerseys are getting stretched as they try and turn and move towards the player cutting back but no call
  15. I wouldn't mind losing to them if it means winning against them in the playoffs
  16. Golden Wheels!
  17. Earn a jersey. He hasn't done that yet.
  18. There were plenty of times that didn't happen.
  19. that would help with some of the deep ball issues...regardless of what we may think about Davis, if he is right, he is one of the best deep ball WR's in the NFL and he was 2nd in the NFL in YPC in the entire NFL over the years he was with the Bills (might have been first). He may not be the fastest, but he definitely has the ability to separate on those deep throws.
  20. "The Man Child" is going to be an All-Pro next year if he continue developing at this pace and takes the customary leap from year 1 to year 2 most players make.
  21. I'd say it's more on the Coordinators right now. Brady has gone away from the "boring" stuff too often in critical times during those losses and tried to get "cute" with playcalls that didn't work instead of doing the simple, boring, easy things that have extremely high success rates. AKA, the Shnowplows we saw in the Carolina game that have been almost non-existent up until this point for some reason. And injury concern makes no sense since not a single injury was noted on Tush Push plays last year in the entire NFL, mostly because the players are lined up so close together and there isn't much momentum gained prior to contact. We saw in the Carolina game what happens when this team simply focuses on doing what works and not worrying about style points. They score boatloads of points. If Brady simply stuck to what we know worked, we likely have one less loss, and maybe two. Also, why are WR's running into coverage when DBs are playing way off? Why not use a sight adjust and if the DB is more than 7 yards off, Allen simply throws a quick out/slant, etc for free access yards? They did this when Diggs was here constantly and picked up easy 5-6 yards and sometimes even first downs. There is free yardage available they are not maximizing and many times not even taking advantage of. Babich seems to have KDS ("Ken Dorsey Syndrome"), where the playcalls themselves are not necessarily the problem, but more so how the flow of the playcalls together work. His ability to read the flow of a game and make the right calls at the right times is non-existent far too often. As you can see simply by McD calling the defense, it seems to have an actual overall plan and flow to it on what they are trying to accomplish on each series instead of just stringing together random plays. So to me, this falls more on the Coordinators than Beane. They clearly have the pieces to be doing better, but due to their own "cuteness" and wanting to be more exciting (maybe the fans and media constantly harping on no downfield stuff really got in to Brady and Allen's heads) and inability to properly create a cohesive playcalling plan series to series in Babich's case, they have not optimized what they have. Could they have better talent? Sure, but most teams could say that. The first order of business before looking at that should be to ask "Are they optimizing the talent they have to work with RIGHT NOW?" and the answer to that has been a resounding no, especially on the D side of the ball under Babich.
  22. Even the TD pass to Shakir I don't think we realize what an elite throw that was...essentially he "told" Shakir to turn towards the sideline by where he put that ball on his outside shoulder because he saw the defender coming from the inside. So instead of spinning into the defender, Shakir spun away from the defender, up the sideline and to the house...in part because Allen made an elite, perfect throw on the play after diagnosing the situation properly.
