  1. Bills receivers were being held/illegal contacted all game long and nothing was being called, ala the AFC Championship Game...force the ref to make those calls and they weren't making them. Leonard Floyd in particular was being held nearly every play it seemed like but didn't get a call either...
  2. KC is pretty close to an elite defense this year...I didn't think we would keep it up all game long on offense. They are the only team that hasn't allowed 30 points all season yet. Allen was under duress most of the second half and sometimes only with a 3 man rush...that can't happen, they have to better up front.
  3. Apparently Bills are only capable of winning games on D against KC and Mahomes and nobody else in the last 2 minutes...I believe the last win they had in this situation with the D getting off the field was against KC where they got an INT last year
  4. I have Herbert also but he has only played last week for me...I also have Allen. If they are playing for draft position why would they want to fire Staley? He is inept.
  5. So the Bills D can stop KC in the reg season in the last 2 minutes but not Mac Jones?? What the heck?
  6. how does this stuff keep happening? Davis drops a ball then he hits Murray for a big gain and HE drops the ball...
  7. KC going back to the AFC Championship defense they ran...hold every receiver, they aren't calling it
  8. If we lose this game, that was the drive responsible for it...inexcusably pathetic 3 and out in this situation from the offense.
  9. Cue the defense falling apart in the 2nd half and not stopping a cold. Allen better be ready to do it himself. This is NOT a good Chiefs offense, if the Bills D gets shredded it is squarely on McD. 7 of their 12 games they have scored 21 points or less. Everyone seems to be able to contain them except us(most likely) and the bottom feeder teams apparently.
  10. Are high ankle sprains now "nothing ijnuries" for QBs? Mahomes and Lawrence both play without seemingly any issues the week after a high ankle sprain. Not sure of any others, but there is no way a few years ago a player, even a QB would be playing the week after that. Unsure how high ankles for QBs are different since they need to be able to drive the ball by stepping into it but somehow it seems not to matter?
  11. He was on the Exempt List for 5 weeks, which count towards his suspension, meaning he only has 1 more game left. He does, however, have to pay back the 5 weeks of game checks he got while on the Exempt List.
  12. None of this matters at all to what the next 5 games will be. Allen is back to playing at his best, there is nobody we can't beat and you would have to be a fool to think we don't have a chance to run the table if he plays like that every game.
  13. Anyone calling for Allen's head needs to immediately go take a long walk off a short pier and never come back. He is BY FAR the best QB this franchise has ever had and he compares very favorably to some other HOF QB's as well and to his peers. This is standardized to make it an even playing field for whatever era a QB played in.
  14. Where they have won the last 2 games they played in the regular season(including last year) and would have been 3 overall if not for the 13 second debacle. Statistically Allen might have his best games there.
  15. And this is why you never "assume" a team is going to have an "easy" schedule down the stretch...Steelers lost to a pair of 2 win teams back to back at home. Honestly the Colts and Browns are both equally smoke and mirror teams that could easily lose to anyone as well. Those are not good teams.
  16. I said defense attorney, not DA. As in Miller's defense attorney, not the prosecuting DA for Texas.
  17. Yes...and when those people are cross examined by the defense attorney do you know how it's going to go? Def Attorney: "You stated you examined her and found evidence of assault?" Medical Staff: "Yes, that is correct." Def Attorney: "Did you see Mr. Miller commit these alleged acts?" Medical Staff: "Well no, but..." Def Attorney: "Are you aware of any video evidence that exists that shows Mr. Miller committing these alleged acts? People who were witnesses to these alleged acts?" Medical Staff: "Not to my knowledge, but..." Def. Attorney: "So they could have been committed by anyone then? Or even by her falling off a bike? Or tripping over a curb? Or really anything that would cause her to fall and get some minor scrapes or cuts then correct?" Medical Staff: "Well, yes I suppose, but..." Def. Attorney: "No further questions, your honor." Again...the DA is going to look like a fool without better evidence than that. DA's don't typically like looking like fools, especially in high profile cases. Sorry you can't just convict people by anyone saying anything. So if a random person calls up and says they saw you assaulting someone at work today, by your logic, you should be suspended from work until the investigation is completed right? You must be guilty because someone said you did it, right? I mean why would they lie? Or does this logic only work when it's someone else, but not when it's you? I am not saying Von didn't do it, I am just saying based on what they have, they are going to have a very very hard time PROVING Von did it...and that's what matters. Not what someone says, or what someone "knows must be true". It's what you can prove in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt. I think there is a very large amount of reasonable doubt in this in terms of their case. Also wouldn't be the first time a person embellishes what happened in this situation in the moment while emotions are high and then realizes they better tone the story down a little bit because they made it seem far worse than what actually happened.
  18. Was Miller there when the police arrived? On video shown doing this? Did someone else witness it? Outside of that, this ends up being a "he said, she said" situation and that is called "hearsay" in a court of law. Do you know how badly she will get eviscerated by his defense attorney if she takes the stand? It would get ugly. And if she refuses to testify, or even worse, testifies for the defense, how is that going to look for the prosecution? They would then get eviscerated by the defense attorney. Unless the DA has some other evidence I don't see how he gets charged with this, too much in the unknown category and too many leaps and assumptions would need to be made that can't be proven. DA's don't like trying cases they know they are unlikely to be able to win, it makes them look bad when they are up for re-election. Remember, just like Denzell famously said in Training Day - "It's not what you know, it's what you can prove!"
  19. Went to Q39 in KC for Barbecuq when I was there...best Q I ever had... Ironically our waiter was trying to push their new chicken wings on me pretty hard until I laughed and told him I was from Buffalo so that is probably not going to work out too well for him. 😂
  20. I am sure some of it is valid, but surprising that 25 people have an issue with him over 10+ years coaching? No surprise there. How many people do you think they would have to eviscerate Belichick? Carroll? 100? 200? 500? 1000? Everyone who ever was a HC is going to have people that hate him, players who think they didn't get a fair shake, etc... I'm not saying they are necessarily wrong, just saying that this is not something that is limited to McDermott...every HC in the league has that.
  21. Gabe Davis made an impact as a rookie. Dalton Kincaid is making an impact as a rookie.
  22. Will likely depend on the Bills being involved in multi-team ties that end up knocking out teams that the Bills would lose tiebreakers to first that they haven't played...perhaps if the Bills win the remaining AFC games they could at least tie some teams on AFC record tiebreakers. Hard to say since there are a lot of situations.
  23. The teams in front of us are likely playing each other in several matchups
  24. They haven't won it all because they make critical mistakes at key moments in games too often. Full stop.
