  1. Come on Lori, stop it with the facts..... People have an agenda and you are killing it!
  2. you can't hit the guy before he makes contact with the ball. Nothing to debate, it was totally illegal
  3. No doubt he should be suspended, but i didn't see where he called for a fair catch, it was early and dangerous, but the articles and the video i read stated he didn't call for one.... I could be wrong though
  4. It's been mentioned before, but I really thought it was a knee or an ankle he hurt, didn't appear to take a big shot to the head, so I was a little surprised he has a concussion. I have had them , so i know it's not always a big hit, it just seemed odd because at least from the replays I saw, it looked like his upper body came through ok.
  5. I think you are missing Simons point. What he said is that there wasn't enough evidence to overturn either way. IF it were called incomplete on the field, the replay should have upheld it. They called it a catch on the field, there was still a small amount of doubt that it was a catch, small doubt= call upheld. Not enough to overturn either way
  6. Bare minimum, they need to fire DJ.
  7. Aaron Rodgers is playing behind an O line about as bad as ours, but yet he is still putting up decent #'s, so that theory is shot out the window.
  8. NEWSFLASH: THE STARTING QB IS AFRAID TO THROW THE BALL. no NFL team wins when their qb is afraid to throw the ball.
  9. as stated several other times, we can't run because teams are stacking the box and daring us to pass, and when we have TE who can't seem to find the testicular fortitude to throw the ball like an NFL QB, thats a recipe for disaster.
  10. He has the option to make those throws, he doesn't take the chance, he would rather throw the ball to his tight end or his running back. Unless you have some proof that the playbook is being closed off, get a clue and watch TE, he doesn't have what it takes to be a big time NFL QB
  11. I'm a big Drew Brees fan, so I would say I would also like to see the Saints do well. As someone else mentioned, after Katrina, a lot of people feel that way. I like Brees and thought he kinda got shafted in SD, but I am glad he is playing to such a high caliber.
  12. Exactly, these tickets are my luxury item, I can't afford to tear them up in some grand gesture, so if someone wants to pay face value for my remaining seats I will consider staying home, but don't try and tell me that this is my fault or any other season ticket holders fault for the incompetance of the FO and the head coach and the qb, and the OL and the special teams, and anyone else I may have forgotten
  13. It was in the attitude of his statement, " i play for the Bills" basically can be taken as, I don't give a **** about what the fans think, the Bills pay me to play. IMO it is a lack of respect for the fans who pay money to go out and watch a horrid performance, and then you can't even stand up there as the QB and the Captain, and take accountability for your performance? He didn't answer the question about his confidence on the field, he just BS'ed his way through that question, and he has his canned responses, just like the POS head coach he plays for. It's ridiculous, I commented to my fiance during the game when TO was dancing in the huddle and trying to provide energy and some of the guys in the huddle looked at him like he was nuts.... TE has no heart and no intensity, and he needs to go right along with DJ.
  14. You may have been able to argue for defensive holding or illegal contact, but from where we were sitting that ball looked to be a good yard out of bounds. I don't think there is any way that ball could have been caught, but if someone has it on Tivo or DVR can provide some insight, it would be appreciated. The non call for PI was correct, but i think they could have called holding or illegal contact
  15. The problem is that our running game can't carry us, because the fact that we don't throw the ball downfield allows the defense to stuff as many men up to the LOS because there is no real fear of TE throwing the ball more than 5 yards. On therare occasions he does throw it downfield, its a 40 or 50 yard pass. Until he figures out how to stretch out the D, everything suffers. A team needs to have some fear of a QB that can throw the ball downfield. No one needs to fear that the Bills can do it, so we will continue to have an offense that goes nowhere.
  16. Don't forget Edwards, "it's frustrating, and it's disappointing"...... plus, " i will need to watch the tape on that one".... order now and we will throw in free of charge and totally unprovoked " i think our head coach is the one getting us back in the right direction"..... don't delay, ORDER NOW!!!!!
  17. TO was asked the same question, and to paraphrase his reply..... " yea I would"
  18. I'm done with this guy. The fact that everyone of his press conferences are laced with his two favorite words, Disappointed and " it's frustrating" and his catch all, " I need to go back and see the tape" to his now infamous, " I'm not a Bills fan, because I'm a Bills player." Get DJ and his sorry @ss out of Buffalo and take Trenative "no guts" Edwards with you
  19. I will be there, plus I should be on the board at halftime, get to do my re-enlistment for the AF prior to the game, so I for sure will be in attendance
  20. Tim, why is it many of the media types question Trent and his willingness or ability to throw the ball downfield 15-20 yards, but yet it never seems to be brought up during the press conference? Is the Buffalo media afraid to ruffle feathers? I would love to hear some difficult questions thrown at the team, but it seems like all fluff questions, unless the players name is TO.
  21. Are you really naive enough to think that TO's issues with the media are just from this season? He has brought this on his entire career with the media, no reason for it to change now. Plus, we may have only thrown to him 10 times, but he has at least 2 pretty big drops, that he should have caught, and he appears to be mailing it in------ lets take off the blinders and see reality, which right now is that TO is playing like a very average WR
  22. Really? Getting upset about a former head coach who is commenting on a player who has been subpar in terms of performance this year? Let's grab the pitchforks!!! damn you to hell Dungy.... come on get serious, when TO starts showing an effort and catching the ball when it's thrown to him, then the media needs to back off. But until then, TO is bringing it on himself.
