  1. I'd like to say yes I don't care, maybe a i'm glutton for punishment, but I continue to care. The Bills always have and always will be my team. I continue to believe and probably will as long as they're in Buffalo. For some unknown reason I'm giving Marrone and EJ and Whaley and company the benefit of the doubt that they are striving to get better.
  2. thoughts and prayers for you and your family. God Bless.
  3. Maybe Juice is the one who takes out Jax? Juice seems to be completely unhinged now. Not sure what would stop him, he's been falling apart at the seams for awhile now.
  4. That's a good point, the way it ended I'm not comfortable with Nero's shift. I love it, but it could take a few different directions. I can't help but feel that juice just signed and sealed his own death warrant. He knew he was in trouble for betraying Jax earlier, but now to help Gemma hide the truth of what happened to Tara and killing Roosevelt?
  5. I'm not sure i see that happening. It's not Nero's personality to shoot him up. just don't see it happening.
  6. Fergy is an intelligent poster here. Never been disrespectful to anyone that I can recall.
  7. I think it's the same in any major sport though. there are teams that all professional leagues want to win. It's just what they deem a good business model. For example, in the NHL, does the league want the Florida Panthers in the playoffs or the Maple Leafs? It's an obvious answer and it's what the league deems as best case scenario for them. I don't think there is a big difference from the NFL to any of the other major sports.
  8. I'm not sure I'm willing to concede that the league is fixed. I think there are pushes to guide for certain things to happen, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a fixed league. I'll hang up and listen.
  9. how will you feel if your son chooses to follow in the path of Bills fans?
  10. Thoughts and prayers your way Fergy, and for anyone else dealing with it. Sadly I think we all can relate in some manner to the difficulties with cancer. Thoughts and prayers for all.
  11. Compassion for the fact he performs an idiotic move with no regards for anyone's safety including his own? Sorry, not deserved. he's not a 19 yr old kid. He's almost 30, he's a grown @ss man. no compassion nor sympathy for this guy at all.
  12. Realistically as long as it's not race, religion etc you can be fired for wearing an orange shirt when your boss wanted you dressed in green. No lawsuit, case closed, pack up your desk, goodbye.
  13. Bill thanks for these. After every game I look forward to reading your thoughts. Many thanks!
  14. Week after week I'm more disappointed by some of the idiots you see walking around before the game that were so drunk they had no business getting through security but somehow they do. It's a disturbing trend. Also, has anyone noticed the inconsistencies as to what you can and can't bring into the stadium? yesterday, in the clear plastic bag my fiancee had a gortex coat, with a water bottle inside she forgot while tailgating, had to remove it, but some woman with the clear bag had cans of diet pepsi and hamburgers in her clear bag and was allowed in with it.
  15. What is your issue with Marrone that you want him gone?
  16. fans that aren't "real or true" are the ones who actually put their Bills gear away.
  17. If i wasn't planning for a wedding and saving money, I'd be there. but this year isn't happening.
  18. If this guy was truly drunk enough to do something as idiotic as attempt to slide down the rail, I have zero sympathy. None. These idiots shouldn't be allowed to ever mingle with the general public. this isn't "kids being kids" or whatever you want to call it. These people are idiots who are endangering the lives of others. Yes yes we've all done stupid crap growing up. That doesn't make it ok and I doubt most of us would say what mistakes we've made are ok. These people are idiots. period.
  19. Why is it the NFL is a business when the owner makes a move to cut a player but it's somehow different when a guy walks away? he left money on the table. It would be the same as most of us walking out on our jobs. He shouldn't be held to a higher standard because of his profession. If you walk out and quit your job in the middle of busy season, are you going to be chastised for quitting your teammates? No you wouldn't be, and in this cuthroat business that is the NFL no one would blink an eye if ownership cut him. not sure I see the difference here.
  20. "I'm sorry, it just sounded like you said meow"
  21. Unless someone has some inside info from the team, my thought is they don't even touch a QB in this draft. I think they put all their eggs in the EJ basket and won't even consider opening up the possibility of them "making a mistake with him" the year after they drafted him. Personally I don't see it happening.
  22. Soooooo because he's not the primary on the play he should make zero attempt to get open? ummmmm wow. I commented yesterday in the stands as to how stupid Bills fans have gotten, cheering when the offense is running a play, but this one takes the cake. unreal.
  23. owwwwnnnnssss owwwnnnnssssss I don't care who own the Chiefs, I hate it here....
  24. Coach my .02, it's your child you know him best. I have my own concerns but I'm not his parent. I hope you all enjoy the game but hopefully there are no issues near your seats with any of the idiots who attend.
  25. Hockey players also want to win. He's winning in Chicago. He has friends telling him to stay away from Buffalo. If I were in his shoes there isn't enough money to have me come to Buffalo and put up with this mickey mouse organization. Forget the "rebuilding" (3 times with the same GM, who does that)? Team can't even name a captain, we need to have a "home and away" one. this organization is a joke and it's embarassing itself daily.
