  1. The Bills are the 6th most penalized team in the NFL. The teams ahead of them: Seattle, St.Louis, TB, Denver and NE. with the exception of TB and St.Louis, you're talking playoff teams. they're winning. Yes some of the calls suck, but we whine about it like it's the ONLY reason we're losing games instead of focusing on the facts that we have an anemic offense, a me first QB and a coaching staff that looks lost.
  2. well played, totally missed that
  3. I see some people on the internet complaining about the ending, but to me it fit exactly what I expected (not detail for detail, but the course it took). It was clear through this season Jax was on a one way street and it had to end with him dying. I wasn't disappointed with it, it was the way I saw it going from the first time he said he didn't want his sons to know that type of life.
  4. Sabres
  5. wow look another thread about officiating. Good lord. Mods can we just have one big giant whinefest about the officials for the entire season instead of seeing new ones pop up every week? This makes our fanbase sound like nothing but crybabies, just win the damn game and blame it on who is truly to blame. the players. Or our crappy coaches.
  6. something tells me you have your Tool belt on all the time, in fact I'm guessing it never comes off.
  7. Am I the only one confused that the title says F-ing JP, should of, could of, would of and the OP says !@#$ you tom donahoe? Shouldn't the whole thing be on Donahoe since he made the trade?
  8. This is ridiculous. Sorry kids, that HUMAN made a mistake, and now we will sue to get our way. this is a big problem in the world now, but lets make it worse by suing over High School football!!!!! give me a break.
  9. But that's like Orton or EJ or Fitz, or Derek Carr saying it too. Most QB's have shown flashes at some point, it doesn't mean they should say it out loud to anyone. The good ones let their body of work speak for themselves.
  10. and with that Geno has now put himself on every "random" drug test the NFL has to offer.
  11. It seems to me we look to our past to make our future a success instead of being cutting edge and shooting after the next big thing.
  12. I was going to try and put my thoughts into words on this, and I couldn't do it any better than you did. To me it's the same concept of when kids got into fights when we were growing up. You fought, with fists, it ended and that was it. it was OVER. It's a game, it happened on the field, and it's over. Let it go. Not one of the individuals impacted in this game are going to go on and make a fortune by having this overturned. There is no benefit to this at all.
  13. I say we go after a Guard, a TE, perhaps a running back later in the draft,a QB prospect if there is a decent one hanging around, possibly another DB and maybe 1 or 2 DL and a WR
  14. My suggestion? Clean up your post. It's horrible on the eyes. My vote= 25-32, that would be the same for EJ or Kyle based on play this year.
  15. I don't get the fascination with Chan Gailey, yeah maybe he got more out of the team than he should've, but it wasn't statistically a good offense at all IIRC. Can anyone show me I'm wrong?
  16. I get your point, and I wasn't necessarily meaning myself that if EJ starts and it's poor then we're doomed, I was playing devil's advocate (same thing in response to this years 2-2 start). It is interesting to read your side of things because it seems we're both saying the same thing, just yours is you feel Orton should finish up, where my stance is I'd turn to EJ and see what the kid has learned. I can respect your opinion, and I'll be the first to admit, the complete lack of courage showed by Orton yesterday has me more bitter to him than I would've been prior to the game
  17. The Bills still have a shot at going 10-6. The next 3 games are quite meaningful. What is gained by leaving Orton in? And do you or anyone else want EJ's next meaningful games to happen next season when he could potentially do even more damage by starting us off poorly and dooming our season from the outset?
  18. Seriously, why not use both on the field for the onside kick? Make Denver account for which kicker actually kicks the ball? I know it takes one more runner away from chasing down the ball, but how often is it a pileup of more than 3 or 4 guys diving into the bottom for it. Should've used more trickery.
  19. the *pats and the Seahawks rank ahead of the Bills, would you call them undisciplined?
  20. Not true, you're either an EJ Fanatic, or an Orton guy. nothing else. Haven't you guys learned anything while here? It's one against the other.
  21. What is worth it? Watching a 9 year guy who you know exactly what you're going to get, or the QB you drafted in the 1st round showing if he's learned anything or gotten better since he was benched?
  22. So you're unwilling to provide a response as to what makes Orton untouchable?
  23. I get where you're coming from, I'll be the first to admit when I'm wrong, I just didn't see the replays that clarified some of these calls, but you're right, we will need to see the all 22.
  24. I know i mentioned the idea of the spot foul, but I'm pretty i mentioned it once the runner is beyond the LOS, that it becomes a spot foul because then you typically see officials throwing the flag as close to where the penalty occured as possible. But I could be wrong for sure, I'm no rules expert
