  1. I'd throw Proteus in on this, in such a short time he gets his panties twisted at the drop of a hat and spews hate and venom and then whines and cries. It's a car accident I can't look away from. But anyways, I'm damn shocked I haven't made this list yet. What a bunch of crap.
  2. Don't even try. It'll hurt too much to figure this out. It doesn't make sense.
  3. I was going to respond with an actual response but then took into account the poster and realized the crusades he loves to go on and wondered why anyone would respond seriously to this.
  4. Marrone punts from our 35 with the chance for a game winning field goal and the Bills win and carry Marrone off the field for the opposition to celebrate his idiocy as a head coach
  5. I'm in. I think he's an idiot. Part of being an adult is not letting your emotions get the best of you. Sure I was pissed when we lost to the raiders but it's a game and I let it go The hell with you. You left, your "loyalty" as a Bills fan is a crock of **** We don't need "fans" like you.
  6. What you just said to me shows that he did quit. He bailed on his team for the almighty dollar. He preached family over and over and bolted at the first sign of extra money. The players have every right to be pissed and feel betrayed
  7. I think the reaction from some of the players speaks volumes about st. Doug and how he was viewed by the team. As someone mentioned earlier, your two leaders up and quit with not a peep being said. So for that I say good riddance. I'd rather have leaders willing to stay and fight rather than whine about the potential unknown. Want an extension? It's simple. Win and get better. Scared of who will be in charge? That's normal. It's called being a man and dealing with it. Most of us will get a new boss in our lifetime and will be scared about what could happen. We don't up and quit because of it. Don't let the door hit you Doug.
  8. That's not what you said to start this off. You wanted to nose into his personal business and try and find out what his injury or condition it was. Simply put it's not your business. Not mine, not anyones except Cordy and who he chooses to inform.
  9. I would hope so. Night games are just awesome. Great atmosphere
  10. There is no one who has a need to know anything about a non football related injury. It's his business and his alone. he has privacy rights under HIPAA that says no one has a right to know.
  11. I really wish this would die. It's a NON football related injury. We have zero right to know a damn thing about it. In fact, Cordy owes NO ONE any explanation or discussion about whatever was or is ailing him.
  12. Well pretty close to as I predicted
  13. That's a very good possibility. I like the way you think. I just think a lot of people take offense with the fact that it seemed he was more concerned with self preservation than with doing anything possible to make plays to win games, and that doesn't sit well with some Bills fans.
  14. True, the one thing I noticed about Wood when he was on WGR is he always went way above saying anything controversial or offensive to anyone, so he may have been protecting a bit too because Orton is a friend. I think he had to know he was going to, it doesn't work in my mind to wake up the day after the season and say I'm done. ( I know Wood said he knew in advance but wouldn't say how long)
  15. I heard that too, and while I don't necessarily disagree with the entire thing, there is a difference between being prepared and his willingness to go all out while on the field. I think he may have prepared and been a hard worker, but some of his actions on the field left questions in people's minds into the type of heart and effort he gave on gameday.
  16. You didn't say anything about getting lucky. you said "date" Either way I'm still taking the game
  17. Home playoff game without a doubt!
  18. I'll concede that maybe where his foot landed was coincidence, however the entire action shows he knew he was stepping on some part of him and made no effort to remove his foot as quick as he could've. I'm not sure child's play consists of a 300lb man stepping on a spot on a player with no padding or equipment. But I agree, there are criminal acts occuring in those piles.
  19. Sorry it doesn't add up. Child's play for a guy with a history of crossing the line into dirty plays isn't child's play. His body of work has shown a disregard for the health and safety of other players in the league. He deserves what he gets. Rodgers left the game earlier due to a bad left calf, and that's the exact spot Suh steps on? Not unintentional at all. Plus I think Troy Aikman said it best during the game. On the field you know what you're stepping on, if it isn't flat and grass, you know it's another player and you move as quick as you can (paraphrasing obviously) And I'm going on record now that my gut feeling is the league gave the 1 game to come across as tough but on appeal they'll drop it to the largest fine they can legally hit him with.
  20. I don't have hate towards Orton, I'm hoping this move makes the Bills work as hard as possible to get a QB who can perform well being a short term or long term answer. And my $0.02 is that there are many who look at his stats based game by game (2 Jets games), Denver game mop up yardage time etc. I think that changes a lot of folks view on the way KO performed.
  21. I want to see my HC look at the guy he hired to run his offense and go, "look it's been 2 years, you're just not getting the job done. I'm going to replace you". IMO Hackett hasn't done anything to warrant a 3rd season running the offense of the Buffalo Bills.
  22. That doesn't really make sense. So you let him continue to drag down the team with an inept coordinator while you have a defense that is clearly playoff ready? Sorry but I've got to think that some of that Defense is saying to themselves behind closed doors, well damn coach we'd be a playoff team if our offense was worth a damn. The Bills can't sit there and let Marrone retain Hackett because he wants to stake his own job on it. It's time to force Doug's hand. If he wants to be that loyal of a coach then he can hit the unemployment line with Nate.
  23. Agreed. And the fact is now we see what our GM and front office is made of. Can they find a way to fill our QB needs? Only time will tell.
