This type of statement makes no sense to me. If the kids were acting obnoxious and screwing with Kromer, and he went off and hit one, there is more of a chance that the son would try and discuss it and help the kids out. The son could've known his dad lost his cool and was trying to smooth it over so maybe the cops weren't called.

There are so many variables in this situation so I do think the rush to judgment is a little over the top, like others have pointed out, "teens" can be monster sized these days, and IF it was dark, who knows how any of us would react. It's so easy to sit here and judge with one side of the story, but I'd be willing to venture there is a lot more that we may never find out about. If Kromer is the kind of guy to punch a teenager over lawn chairs, then yeah he should be fired. However, when have people really known 3 teenagers to not tell a lie to get themselves out of trouble? A good many of you have kids and I'm sure your kids have not always been forthcoming and honest every second of the day. It's easy to pass judgment sitting at home reading a report, but think about the times we lied as kids, your kids have lied to you etc. If Kromer felt threatened, then there is the chance it is justified. Like someone else said, what if the teens were all standing 6'0 to 6'5 weighing 200-250 pounds? It's a variable that can't be ignored. And as someone else mentioned if the kids were 5'2 and 120 then yeah Kromer has issues.

I'm not seeing where people are blaming her. the point people are making is that if a female swings at a guy, why are they able to walk away from any discipline or legal action because she's a female? This wasn't a case of him randomly punching her. Is he in the wrong? 100% absolutely is. HOWEVER, she is in the wrong as well. There was no need for her to throw a punch. Bulldog on WGR was freaking out yesterday about this topic and refused to answer this question at first. IF she hit him, and he walked away and called the cops, should she be punished? Later he replies that no she shouldn't be. Why as a society do we allow this double standard? "Oh I can hit you because I'm a woman, but you can't hit me because I'm a woman"? I'm not advocating violence in any way shape or form, but the situation isn't right. I'm glad they booted him from the team, he deserved it. I find it funny, people on the Bills Mafia page on FB are up in arms about the fact that games sold out. They're making the assumption that every STH who bought the single game seats only did it to resell them and make a profit. People complain when games don't sell out, but when they do it's people crying how it's not fair. Just pathetic. People can never be happy.
