  1. I guess I was meaning more of the deer in the headlights in terms of how he didn't seem to trust what he was seeing, holding the ball a little too long etc. you're absolutely right though. This early in his career he can't be expected to bail out what should be a very good defense.
  2. Yolo I agree. Here's a question though, could it have been worse being the pats****? The intimidation of the SB champs, the vaunted BB coaching etc? Maybe caused TT to actually believe he was overmatched? I expect him to perform better and not have the deer in the headlights look and if it cost us a week 2 loss for him to not have that look again I'll take it.
  3. So am I supposed to be happy by this post? Or sad? Or just feel nothing? I don't want to offend, so if someone could tell me how to feel about this, I'd be grateful.
  4. I'm most worried about what to do until kickoff at 425. I hate late afternoon games.
  5. Thread of the year.
  6. You want to be careful with them. Some are awesome and you get a good quality jersey but it seems for every two happy customers there's 4-5 that have been pissed about what they received. Not saying that's typical, just buyer beware when you can get a jersey for 25-30 bucks.
  7. Any word on what we got back?
  8. I feel like there is a lot of deflecting going on after the loss. We got beat because our game plan wasn't on par to beat the pats*****. I don't give a damn if this team wants to talk smack all week and then double on Sunday. Do your job and win the game. Period. The fact is we took stupid penalties and didn't stay collected during the game and that hurt. Personally I only believe a small part of that falls on the coach. The majority of it falls on the players themselves to not lose control. A coach can lecture and preach all he wants about staying in control of your emotions etc, however when it's game time only the players can control their emotions. This loss wasn't because we talked smack, moved pumps to the front of the store or even kicked a football. We were out coached and outplayed by a team that kept their emotions in check.
  9. Wow. I'd suggest reevaluating some things. It's just a football game.
  10. Seriously. There needs to be mandatory training on how to search for a topic before starting yet another one on the same damn subject.
  11. Just throwing this out there cause I've seen some people use the term garbage time or when the game was out of reach. For the Bills when you're losing like that it's not "garbage" time. It's the teams job to score points and that's what the offense did. It didn't matter if the pats**** continued to press or back off on defense it's TT and the offense's job to put up points and they did.
  12. Good point. Thanks for the post. The end of it I'd say I hope you're wrong but overall thanks for the kind gesture.
  13. Really? Beating the Colts is no indication you're a playoff team? The team that was in the AFC championship against the pats** is no indication if you are a potential playoff team? Sorry not buying it.
  14. Oh it was a sad reality. But this whole doomed thing is ridiculous. We're 1-1 after facing the two teams from last years AFC championship. It's a decent place to be. 2-0 would be ideal but it's not reality. Reality is we still have ground to make up to catch the pats** but that's no different from the rest of the NFL.
  15. I'd put anything on it sport. LB you know this isn't going to end well. Anyone who accepts this game for what it was (SB champs smacking us around) is drinking the Kool Aid. Unless you agree we're doomed and the world is ending, nothing will change the view of these negative folks who believe we're done for already.
  16. I like it. Plenty of opportunities to improve but it's getting better than it was. I still believe we're trending upward.
  17. Yeah regardless of how you view the pats they ARE the defending SB champs and they showed why. I hate them as much as anyone but they showed why they are who we are. Pressing the panic button this early is pure insanity
  18. Dude. As I just mentioned in another thread. 1-1 against the two teams in the AFC championship last year. I I'll take it Step away from the ledge.
  19. So wait. After two games we're 1-1 and now we're doomed? Ok cool. Fire everyone, trade everyone, lets rebuild again Step away from the ledge folks. Regardless of cheating or not the defending SB champs just took us out to the woodshed. 1-1 against the two teams that were in the AFC championship game. I'll take it.
  20. Using the term "gave up" as you did implies the Bills gave away 2 first round picks and only got one back in return. They used one to draft Watkins that if they kept the pick they would've drafted another player. So they didn't give up two first rounders. They exchanged firsts and gave up one first rounder the following year.
  21. This isn't correct. We didn't "give up" 2 first round picks. We gave up one and used the other to move up. Gave up two as you said implies the Bills lost 2 first round picks which is completely untrue.
  22. Cue negativo in 3......2........
  23. Good god you're pathetic. It must be really sad being you.
  24. Or if you're so unhappy stay home. There aren't lines to get to your couch. There's a new solution. The Bills will find someone willing to buy your tickets.
  25. Shhhhhhh Vegas is crusading and damn it we're all sheep! It's Russ Brandon's fault, 130 million taxpayer blah blah blah ridiculous whining nonsense, I'm a miserable human being, blah blah blah.
