So just wanted to update my fellow Bills fans. Our son was born yesterday. Mom and baby Grayson are doing great. Another Bills fan has entered the world!

You have proof to back up that no one cares about soccer? Also, what's better for big time concerts? FNC which can hold roughly 18K or a downtown stadium that can hold 50-60K? Same goes for wrestling as well. Someone else mentioned Motocross, etc, there is plenty that it could be used for.

I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as some of you, but here are my two cents. I love the Ralph, however the older I get I wouldn't be opposed to pricing out some of the people only there to see how drunk and stupid they can get. For those who think fans will be priced out, yeah some will, however if the Bills get creative with payment options, it helps ease the burden. For example, this year my two seats are roughly $1300. They gave a payment plan option to pay $136 down or something and every month $130 or so comes out of my account through October. That works for me as I could easily afford the money up front, my wife prefers spending it monthly ( no interest so no big deal, not paying any extra). Also, like someone said before, if your seat now costs $600 for a season and jumps to $1000 you will lose some. However getting creative with payments and the like will keep many coming back as the sticker shock won't automatically cause them to give up their seats.

The whole point was that he put his hands on a female. Ray Rice is one, Greg Hardy is another, Ray McDonald etc... I'm not saying him shoving her to get away is the same as what the other players were suspended for, but the point the article was making is, does he get a pass because he " only shoved her"?

I saw an article and it raised an interesting point. If others are suspended for putting their hands on females, does he get a free pass? It's clear he pushed a woman ( yes it looked like he was trying to get away), but if the rules are you don't put your hands on a female no matter what, does he still get a free pass?

It's funny you say that, I helped coach my nephews baseball team (8 and 9 yr olds) and the one thing I constantly stressed to those kids was to have fun. It's a game, it's a time to laugh, to smile, to shake off mistakes, learn from them but just have fun. It's a sunny day out, and you're with friends playing a game, enjoy it. It seemed to work for a lot of them. I taught them when they needed it, but the more important thing was to recognize it's a game and games should be fun.

it wouldn't be too difficult to figure out the criteria for the rule. Not on every PF call, but ones like Talib, and Amendola with his helmet to the chest hit on the punt inside the 5. The cost is insignificant to the offending team, so those would be the plays that would fall under the rule. If the normal 15 yard penalty can be enforced, then that is what the call will be. There could be other scenarios added in, but it wouldn't be earth shattering to put something like this together.

I plan on doing what I can to raise him as a Bills fan, I figure eventually over both of our lifespans one of us should see a good team.

Man I love reading the thoughts everyone has on this. My son is due in April and I know I have years before I go through this, it helps to see how people are dealing with issues like sports and interests for their kids. I have some idea on how I want to be when he starts playing sports or whatever activities he chooses and most of you have cemented I'm on the right path for it.
