Yeah the bank owned part we are familiar with. The sold house item is interesting because the one house my wife likes has been sold 3 times and each time it was owned for no more than 6 years at a shot. So it makes me wonder, I think our best bet is a walk through because I can't see anything else online that raises any red flags.

So I'm coming here asking for anyone with some expertise. The wife and I are looking for a new house, and I know the usual sites to search, but does anyone know of a way to find out why a particular house may be significantly lower priced than others in the same area/neighborhood (15-25K difference). I know we can talk to an agent, but is there any info on the interwebs that would provide further detail outside of what you see on the usual suspect sites?

This is an idiotic article. We have either the lowest or second lowest ticket prices in the league, so of course we would rank lower when it's based on dollars spent.

I can start any time between 6am and 830. Right now it's more 6am while the wife and I figure out the best way for dropping off and picking up our son. About a 40 minute commute, and usually out of work anytime between 230 and 530, no real lunch taken most days.

I've only seen the one video so far, but to me it looked like a couple of things happened. The cop seemed to struggle with getting the gun out of the suspects pocket, so it wouldn't appear that was really a threat to the officers, and if you're attempting to arrest the man, why hadn't you turned him onto his stomach? He didn't seem to be resisting too much that they wouldn't have been able to do that. Why did they continue to leave him on his back? Maybe someone in law enforcement could explain that to me. I think there was an issue with the suspect resisting, but from what I saw in my limited viewing and limited knowledge of the situation, the cops handled it excessively.

I think you make some good points, it's frustrating when the news reports on a company or developer that wants to build high rise apartments on the waterfront, but oh wait, that used to be Freezer Queen we can't tear it down. Certain things do need to stay, however if you want to grow and develop, you need to tear things down and put up new shiny things.
