You cant have 80 kids spend the night at your house if they get too drunk to drive.. hence, he was allowing drunk minors to drive as well.

im from st. louis and I agree that the fans in St. Louis are very loyal towards their Cardinals no matter how bad or how good they are. I wish I could say the same for the Rams but the people are pretty fair weather when it comes to football. I hate the Rams either way though lol.
