When the Bills pass on this guy and he turns out to be awesome, I will re-visit this thread. When have you seen him get hit so hard he had to pick himself up off the ground and get back to the huddle? Show me some tape. Good enough? You try to finish the game after taking a hit like that... don't question this guys toughness.

Sam Bradford played for OKLAHOMA his stats were INFLATED. Gabbert played at Missouri with no talent around him. Then we got some dude questioning his toughness because of his hair?? lol. Suh nearly ripped gabberts leg off and he finished the game. Hes tougher than Jay Cutler will ever be.

If you can dig up some archives I mentioned Gabbert 2 years ago as being a possiblity for the Bills.

Bills played the Chiefs tough in KC last year.. should have won.. Matt Cassel struggled down the stretch.. Ill take the Bills

So lets assume Cam Newton goes to Carolina at 1. Dareus goes to Denver at 2. If the Bills pass on Blaine Gabbert and he goes #4 or #5, how furious would you be if he became a 10 year franchise QB for the Bengals or Cardinals. How bad would you feel if the Bills took Von Miller and he turned out to be a bust? I think you will feel a lot worse of not drafting that franchise QB than a LB turning out to be a bust.

Alexander could have been a 1st or 2nd round pick if he had no knee issues.

I would have loved to see Blaine chuck it deep to Jeremy Maclin.

Also.. put Blaine Gabbert on Oklahoma behind that offensive line. If my memory serves me right.. Bradfords senior year was a disaster because a lot his offensive line left. Missouri has a huge drop off in talent from Oklahoma. Give Gabbert Chase Coffman, Jeremy Maclin etc. instead of TJ Moe and Wes Kemp... then he would be a "no brainer". I do not think Sam Bradfords skill set is superior to Blaine Gabberts at all.. Actually I think Blaine Gabbert's is more impressive than Sam Bradford.

How do you know Blaine Gabbert isn't a no brainer? Are you a scout?

Size, arm, brains, character. Only knock is that he ran a spread offense.. but so did Sam Bradford.

Auburn's offense was very VERY vanilla. As Cam said "An Auburn playcall is something as simple as "36" . lol Id trust Blaine Gabbert a lot more. Missouri's offense was pretty complex.

I disagree.. the Rams select Aldon Smith.. Defensive End (Missouri) Sorry, I was on Central Time Terrible pick... JJ Watt is a 3-4 defensive end. Detroit plays a 4-3.
