1.Malcolm Kelly WR Oklahoma(very fluent big reciever and has very good hands, just a pure talent)6'4 224 2.Martellus Bennet TE Texas A&M (good all around TE,good fit for Buffalo) 3.Charles Godfrey CB Iowa(big physical corner who is good in run support and is very agressive, which i like)6'0 207 4.Jason Jones DE Eastern Michigan(will hopefully bring a good pass rush to our Dline rotation)6'5 273 4.Tyrell Johnson S Arkansas State(good safety, just from small school and will blossom in time but will be a special team ace right away)6'0 207 5.Keilen Dykes DT West Virginia(versatile and has good size to anchor the line, will be a good backup to Stroud and eventually blossom himself)6'4 306 6.Larry Grant LB Ohio State(versatility to play any LB position and has size and toughness to contribute on special teams, was often overshadowed in college)6'3 226 7.Duvaughn Flagler WR Gardner Webb(good WR,has excellent size and ball skills, strong, good leaping ability had a 39' verticle at pro day,and is good tackle breaker, good return man)6'2 215 7.Matterral Richardson CB Arkansas(big physical corner who lacks speed but will be a solid reserve and 5th cornerback for a few years but may blossom)5'11 195 7.Brennen Carvalho C Portland State(has great intangibles, just a little undersized, but with good leverage and feet, could compete right away for starting position with Melvin Fowler)6'1 318 ok thats it my most likely final mock until the real show and i would love to see this be the draft that it turns out to be, my sleeper pick to watch is Duvaughn Flagler, watch his highlight video and you will know why! GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stroud for Pro Bowl 2008

ok so i feel like a dumbass now because i just watched a highlight video of Duvaughn Flagler WR Gardner Webb and the kid can play! He is a big bulky physical WR who can go up and get the ball and win almost every jump ball and isnt afraid to go across the middle.....i couldnt get over it. I mean he is playing against lesser competition but so did Colston and Flagler looks like a straight consistant playmaker.I complained about him running a 4.6 but Jerry rice ran a 4.7 and so that is what made me check out his highlight video and i was very impressed, i believe he could be a steal in the 7th round and i hope we draft him....thanks for mentioning they are later round prospects but this guy is good! here check him out i truly feel like this guy could be a steal in this years draft just like Marques Colston was and i hope we draft him actually i would draft him in round 1 if i was GM just because i would want him on my team but i dont want the Bills to do that as it would be the worst move ever but i truly hope he is our 2nd WR drafted because he looks so fluent and a true worker and breaks tackles with ease, i want to see Duvaughn Flagler in a Bills uniform next year along with Malcolm Kelly, the next great Bills Wide Outs! He also posted a 39 inch verticle, a 10 foot 1 inch broad jump, 20 reps on 225 bench press, and measured at 6'2 215 at the Appalachian State Pro Day.....sounds good to me GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 ? why would we be looking a Flagler as he ran a 4.6 and is only 6'1 and not even projected as being drafted, maybe a good special teamer? and i would love drafting haynos as he has size at 6'8 and decent speed for his size and we wouldnt waste a early round pick on davis, keller,or bennet! Not necessarily our first pick - but a target!
BillsD#1in2008 replied to talkinproud78's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
he is only 6-5 or 6'6 and that is what he measured at the combine, he has character issues, he played against lesser competition and struggled against top defenders, but if he can straighten out his issues and become more physical and a better all around reciever i would love for us to draft him and use his huge size on 3rd downs and in the red zone, maybe offensive rookie of the year if that can happen! GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i still like Devin Thomas WR 6'2 Michigan State Stroud for Pro Bowl 2008 -
1.Devin Thomas WR Michigan State(game breaker who is big) 2.Brandon Flowers CB Virginia Tech (very physical player who will do well at nickel until he is ready to be a full time starter) 3.Jason Jones DE Eastern Carolina(would be a good situational pass rusher for us) 4.Ahtyba Rubin DT Iowa State(good in rotation) 4.Paul Hubbard WR Wisconsin(good blocker and will be a good red zone target) 5.Craig Stevens TE California(best all around TE in the draft who will contribute right away) 6.Jamie Silva SS Boston College (will contribute on special teams) 7.Jack Ikegwuonu CB Wisconsin(was injured and will need to heal but could become a great corner) 7.Matt Spanos C USC(versatile linemen who could pan out as a good NFL starter) 7.Marcus Richardson OLB Troy(good leader who just is a little small but will be a great special teamer) i would like this draft personally, let me know what you think GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we trade back into the first round with say Minnesota and we give them our 2nd,4th,and maybe 1 of our 7ths we could 1.Derrick Harvey DE Florida(could be a good situational pass rusher for his first year and we would have a good rotation) 1b.Devin Thomas WR Michigan State(i really like this kid) 3.Charles Godfrey CB Iowa(i dont really like this kid but could fit our system and is big) 4.Ahtyba Rubin DT Iowa State(big physical guy could add good depth) 5.Craig Stevens TE Califorina(best all around TE since he is a very good run blocker with excellent hands,is a good player and has experience with Marshawn) 6.Steve Johnson WR Kentucky(great reciever just needs time to develop to the Pros, could be a good red zone target and maybe be a steal) 7.Fernando Velasco C Georgia(good run blocker just needs time to develop to become a great pro) 7.Brandon Carr CB Grand Valley State(big CB at 6'0,ran the 40 in 4.43,was excellent at a lower level, but could surprise and be a good contributer and may take a few years to develop but could play special teams) 7.Brian Bonner SS TCU(big guy and a very versatile player who can do it all and is a very good special teams player, could be a possible pick)

Every other newly added player to the Bills is at the OTAs and Marcus could have a big year this year and need him to be focused more then ever so he can be a MONSTER on our Dline and hopefully he can bring us back to a top 10 D again! GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so does anyone have any info on this,it would be greatly appreciated Stroud for Pro Bowl 2008

1.Devin Thomas WR Michigan State 2.Brandon Flowers CB Virginia Tech 3.John Carlson TE Notre Dame(said to be best all around TE, should fit the Bills scheme) 4.Paul Hubbard WR Wisconsin (another big WR who could help alot also) 4.Doug Legursky C Marshall(strong big center who can also play as longsnapper) 5.Brian Johnston DE Gardner-Webb(very relentless pass rusher) 6.Keilen Dykes DT West Virginia(good pick here) 7.Zachary Bowman CB Nebraska(coming off injury so will fall here but impressed at combine and is big and physical at 6'1,if healthy could contribute) 7.Marcus Richardson OLB Troy(a little undersized but is quick and strong, good backup who could contribute good on Special Teams) 7.Nate Lyles SS Virginia(very good tough player always looking to improve and impressed at pro day) i would love this draft and it could be possible GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1.Devin Thomas WR Michigan State(good size and is the most versatile as he has good run after catch, take it the distance, return abilitly, size, and can run over defenders) 2.Brandon Flowers CB Virginia Tech(if there is to talented to pass up and is worth taking him here instead of a TE,he is physical, good in run support, and good in coverage...fits our scheme) 3.Dre Moore DT Maryland(a beast who had 6 sacks last season and did 31 reps of 225 at the combine) 4.Brian Johnston DE Gardner-Webb(simply a freak of nature, quick strong,he has everything, only downside is that he is from a small school, but that shouldnt stop us) 5.Craig Stevens TE California(is a good run blocker and good pass catcher and pretty good speed, since he can do it all he is a Bills kind of player) 6.Steve Johnson WR Kentucky(great WR who can go up and get it and was one of the SEC's top WRs....could be good red zone target the first 2 seasons and blossom into a #2 if we lose Evans) 7.Brennan Carvalho C Portland State(good leader and a good small school prospect) 7.Vincent Redd LB Liberty(transfered from Virginia and good in run support, good tackler,is huge at 6'5 263,and could blossom eventually but for now good backup plus special teams) tell me what you think GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BillsD#1in2008 replied to RockPile007's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives

The addition of James combined with the continued developement of Youboty and King leaves us in great position who is king??????? -
1.Devin Thomas WR Michigan State 2.Martellus Bennet TE Texas A&M (best all around TE in draft) 3.Terrell Thomas CB USC or Chevis Jackson CB LSU(both very good corners that could help right away at atleast nickel) 4.Brian Johnston DE Gardner-Webb(very productive in college, but can he do it at the NFL level, wow he is an intriguing freak of nature, hope he becomes a Bill) 5.Steve Johnson WR Kentucky(had a very good career at kentucky and led the SEC in just about everything, has good size and ran a 4.48 at his pro day, good red zone target and could be a steal as he most definitely could blossom into a very good NFL wideout) 6.Jamey Richard C Buffalo(very raw talent and could compete with Melvin for starting position, a hometown kid why not just stay in Buffalo buddy) 7.Maurice Murray DT New Mexico(very huge guy at 6'3 347 and well could be good in rotation and take up two defenders, space eater, good on run D and well he had 2 tackles and 1/2 sack in the Texas vs Nation game, intriguing at his size) 7.Nate Lyles SS Virginia(very strong work ethic and always is tough on himself to improve and who knows could come in on those 3 safety sets and could be good special teams player) kk go ahead criticize boys GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think we still could use more depth at LB...
BillsD#1in2008 replied to ans4e64's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think either Spragan or Gold would be great pick ups and both add depth plus veteran experience and leadership and if Gold could swallow his pride and play Special teams that would be great as he is a very good player GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stroud for Pro Bowl 2008
