  1. On Chris Brown's blog on BB.com is says that Edwards and McCargo aren't at practice. Edwards is obvious, but McCargo. He has no answer as to why he's not there, but will update later. I know before the season started they were looking to trade him after a lack of motivation. Maybe they pulled the trigger in the BYE week?
  2. wow am I glad now more than ever that we didn't get him, and I was one that wanted him Redskins coach Jim Zorn revealed Monday that rookie receiver Malcolm Kelly is experiencing more swelling in his knee. At some point the Skins may need to consider shutting Kelly down. If he keeps practicing and the knee doesn't respond, there's no sense in pushing him. Kelly wouldn't be active on game days right now even if he was healthy.
  3. Unfortunately, the official report from the Cardinals is that Wilson is questionable and will be a gametime decision. Berry is doubtful, however. I REALLY hope WIlson is out. He hasn't practiced this week, so I would consider it unlikely, but you never know
  4. with Schobel likely to play, but possibly hampered, do any of you think Ellis might see his first game action?
  5. update on Wilson from the AZRepublic. Cardinals SS Adrian Wilson (hamstring) is not expected to be active in Week 5. The Cardinals' pass defense is extremely worse off with Wilson out of the lineup, as evidenced by Brett Favre's six-touchdown effort in Week 4. Upgrade Trent Edwards' matchup. Aaron Francisco will start for Wilson.
  6. true, I'm a big Michigan fan and was happy he finally had a good game last week, I just hope he puts up a stinker against us
  7. also, As for S Adrian Wilson (hamstring) and DE Bertrand Berry (groin), neither practiced Friday but Whisenhunt said both were improving and both will be listed as questionable. Wilson will be a game-day decision, Whisenhunt said. Tight end Leonard Pope (ankle) returned to practice and guard Elton Brown (elbow) looked OK too. I'm hoping neither play, but at least one of those guys out would help us a lot. If boldin, berry, and wilson miss this game, we could see some big offensive numbers
  8. Anquan Boldin underwent surgery to repair his sinus fracture and will miss this week's game. The Cardinals are hopeful he can play next Sunday. A hockey player reportedly returned from the same surgery in 10 days, so it sounds like Boldin has a good chance to play against Dallas in Week 6. Boldin's history of bad breaks on injuries continue, but he's still slated for a huge season. Steve Breaston will start this week and makes for a fine WR3 play. per arizona republic
  9. I'm hoping we hear more info by the days end. Berry won't play. I suspect and hope Boldin won't either. Wilson is a maybe. If he doesn't play Edwards can eat up the secondary. I know some say they want to face teams with their best players on the field, but for me, I just want a W. And if Boldin not playing gets one, then I'm all for it.
  10. Yes Peters has had some bad plays, one leading to a sack and fumble, but I'd take Dick Jauron and the Buffalo Bills coaching staffs word that they are impressed by his play. He has made some mistakes, but in Dick Jaurons post game conference he said he was "amazed" at how well Peters has played after missing all that time. We all sh-- on the bad plays but he hasn't been horrible at all. I clearly remember him paving the way for Marshawn to get a TD in the Oakland game
  11. That was one of the funniest things I have ever seen
  12. I have only watched the games at McFadden's. But I walked into Calico's for game 2 and it was PACKED! Both places have been very full. If you want a table, get there at 12, but if not you can show up 15-30 minutes before gametime, but it will be a tight squeeze
  13. Responding to Suzy Kolber of ESPN's report that he may be out of shape, Willis McGahee said Wednesday that "She's never played a day in the NFL." "Why would I listen to her?" he continued. Actually, as Baltimore Sun writer Peter Schmuck points out, Kolber's level of voluntary OTA participation wasn't far off McGahee's this offseason. McGahee is uncertain to play in Week 5. per rotoworld. funny stuff
  14. I just thought I'd throw it out there. Sometimes posters are able to find obscure articles or links that I might not have been able to find myself
  15. ha, sorry. i'll fix it
  16. there were rumors right before the season started that Bills were actively trying to trade him. He looked great at the end of last year, and then was inactive for the first game of the year. Does he even see the field? I can't think of one play he's made. What's wrong with the guy. Is he just a bust?
  17. Many on the board have felt for a long time that Evans would have his new contract before or leading into the BYE week. ANy word on his contract status? Will he still get it soon?
  18. The question is, will he play Sunday? Tests say that he is alright, but they're not sure if he had a concussion or not. With a hit like that, does anyone think he plays?
  19. try stubhub.com, you can get tickets to any game, but you wouldn't be paying face value. Not bad for Bills games though
  20. I'm not quite sure how it works, but I thought that the Sunday night game can be changed to a different game in advance. If we continue our winning ways can we get another big Primetime game. I'm not sure how the rule works with changing games, so if anyone knows, please help me out. Thanks
  21. they're a mess
  22. The Pats looked stupid against the Fins with this package, as Ronnie Brown had 5 TD's. Oakland used it against us a few times and had big gains with McFadden on 2. I think this is something we should be looking out for. http://www.nfl.com/news/story;jsessionid=C...mp;confirm=true
  23. I meant to say, when Roscoe is involved in the return game its a huge plus. The fact that he wasn't yesterday hurt a lot
