I thought about that. i'm just frustrated and I apologize for turning on my own. I've never been on another board so I don't know how they react. I'm just really upset across the board
I'm gonna catch some heat for this post, but I can't stand it anymore. Am I happy with the Bills, no. But my god. No matter what happens, win or lose, I can't think of another whiny, cry me an f-ing river bunch of fans. What bothers me even more are the, "I'm so clever, I came up with a cool title for my post, and then I'm going to sh-- all over he Bills, and whine and cry, blah blah blah." I'm sick of this There is such a negative attitude with our fans. Something goes bad and we think there's no chance. I'm sick of it. I know all of you aren't like this, but it seems like more than enough are. We have good players, a coach who might or might not be here, but the constant is teh fans. And I'll tell you...we suck.
The article on his foot not improving is an old one, however. It was back when we were 5-3. Its been weeks since then, and he was back practicing this week
What frustrates me after keeping Schobel around for so long is that they IR'ed Crowell because he hurt their feelings. He would have most likely played by week 6
Not sure if this has been posted, but I got a text from bb.com that McKelvin got rookie of the month honors. For al those that were calling him a bust, I have seen a lot from him the past few weeks. He seems to be a great return man, and he is becoming a very soid cover corner. Without those BS calls agaisnt him last week, the outcome might have been different.
Nick (Buffalo): Hey Chris is Dick Jauron going to be gone after this season I hope so
SportsNation Chris Mortensen: Is that always going to be the answer - just keep firing people....front office, coaches, players. That's been the problem. However, I will say that despite a 3 yr extension, Jauron may be on the hot seat so maybe you'll get your wish and get the next coach in there to be fired.
I'm asking this question only because I don't know the answer. Do the Packers, Bears, Jets, Giants, Browns, etc. practice outside in the winter. If so, then what Jauron does as far as practicing is wrong. If not, it's a moot point. Also, I don't think the weather affected the game at all.
That makes perfect sense to me. Think about a baseball pitcher. Al Leiter threw for an ENTIRE season with a torn labrum and rotator cuff because he was able to handle the pain. With a groin injury, however, you can't push off and get no forward movement into the throw. That's why many of his throws went into the ground. Groin injuries can, in many cases, a lot worse than injuries to the arm or shoulder (depending on the degree of course)
I don't agree with that at all. Edwards, in my opinion, will be a very good NFL QB. Evans, Marshawn, Roscoe, McGee, Whitner, Peters, Dockery, McKelvin, Hardy (in time), Poz, Mitchell, Reed. These are all solid, if not very good NFL players
I don't mean to compare him to Coughlin, but I'm not sure it helps a team to switch coaches every few years. Especially with young players trying to learn the system. Maybe Turk is more to blame here than Jauron. If Jauron was calling the plays, knowing how conservative he is, he most likely would have run on both 2nd and 2 and 3rd and 2 outside the endzone. Heck, Fairchild would have done it. They were trying to get too cute in the redzone instead of sticking with the run
In order for a team to succeed in the NFL, they need a coach that they believe in and will follow (drink the coolaid so to speak). Changing coaches and coordinators every year or two does not help a team develop into a winner. Jauron might not be the guy, but Coughlin wasn't the guy for the Giants for the first 3 years. They finally fell in line behind him and started winning games. Pats too. New coach next year = 7-9.
100% agreed. I used to defend Jauron, and we played awful, but that game was ours. 2nd and goal on the 2...no Lynch. I would have kicked the fg too on 4th and 2. AND not kicking a 52 yard field goal early in the game killed me too. Jauron sucks
