  1. Great, thanks. I hope we sign him. Would help the o-line. Maybe not by much, but would definitely help
  2. Understood, but there was a date that needed to pass in order for teams to sign him without having to guarantee his salary for the year
  3. I don't know the rules, just wanted to see if anyone knew
  4. Loadholt instead of Levitre was where I was leaning, but it's WAY too early to tell.
  5. I have to say Fletcher was all over the field against the Giants. WHy so many on this board hated him mind boggles me. It seems as if on;y Lawrence Taylor and Bruce Smith would suffice for some. As for Orakpo, he was non existant
  6. Man I'm worried this is gonna be another case of me getting my hopes up with the Bills picking up a solid player like Runyan and seeing my hopes and dreams dashed by lack of wanting to spend money or just no action at all. GET ER DONE! PLEASE!!!!
  7. If not one then definitely after 2
  8. Pay him left tackle money
  9. Hahaha. You morons never saw the 2006 Rose Bowl. (OG #78) mauled the defensive tackles. But too many of you would never pay attention. (OT #67) manhandled the other team as well. He's on the Seattle practice squad, but will we sign him? No way
  10. Had the Bills FO not royally screwed up almost 3 years ago with Peters he'd still be on the team and we'd be better off. Dockery and Walker get paid and they won't give him a raise. Him making the Pro Bowl last year really hurt us, but he should have been given a raise as soon as he moved to the left side and played well. Just another genious move by our FO
  11. http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post?id=2906 Let's hope for more of the same against the Pats on Monday as far as Freddy is concerned
  12. We were all over the board yesterday about it. Nothing today? No airport sightings? Something....
  13. Any word on whether or not Runyan came to OBD today?
  14. I really hope we sign him, but I fear I agree with the rest of you that he is using this as a ploy to get more by going to 2 teams in Buffalo and the Chiefs with serious need, it forces the Eagles to overpay. I don't think Runyan will be chomping at the bit to play with T.O. again either
  15. Levi Jones hasn't worked out for anyone yet has he? (maybe the Cards a while ago but anyone else?)
  16. I would love the signing! Play him at RT in week 2. If we got him, I would move Wood to the LG and Butler back to RG. Getting Runyan will be a longshot, and moving these guys to those spots would be an even bigger one, but let's keep our fingers crossed. GET ER DONE!
  17. not bad http://twoeightnine.spreadshirt.com/us/US/...Maybin-10063160
  18. Understood, but there was this whole time period called the off-season that they could have used to make these moves. and maybe drafted someone THIS year as well
  19. I know we resigned Chambers, but don't we need more depth for the offensive line. Right now we have Bell, McKinney, Levitre, Wood, Hangy, Butler, Chambers, and Scott. We need another one don't we?
  20. But this is exactly what I'm sick of. Maybe net year. Constantly rebuilding. Once the oline develops, even if they become good, we won't have the money to keep top FA's of our own around. I thought this could have been a great year for us. If we had dealt with Peters better 3 years ago, we would still have him at LT. And we'd be fielding a much better oline that would give our QB time to throw. Our line sucks. We are going to have a horrible year, and in a few years, players like Lynch, Poz, McKelvin might not be here anyway
  21. Runyan is working out for the Chiefs. I would cry if he turned us down to go there. We really are a mess. http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Biggs-...out-Runyan.html
  22. thank you! that is exactly why I'm baffled. Do this in the EARLY OFFSEASON!!!! An also, why bring in TO at all? How is anyone going to get him the ball?
  23. There was NO NEED to do so. Our defense is solid, and with TO we have a lot of really good skill players on offense. As long as the oline can block then I think we could have been pretty good. Even if they wanted Bell at LT, we could have had Bell-Wood, Hang-Butler-Walker. Or even BEll-Levitre-Hang-Wood-Butler, but don't release Walker. I don't know what they are doing. In all honesty, why bring TO in at all. If they were gonna make the Oline a mess whats the point. How is Trent gonna get him, or anyone for that matter, the ball? We suck
