  1. Stop crying!!!! Do I like the pick...I don't know, but what has Orakpo, Ayers, Barwin etc. done???? Any answer? He's young and talented. I'll go buy you a box of tissues
  2. He drops passes sometimes sure, but this is ridiculous. 2 top flight WR's and nothing gets done. In addition, it's not all Trents fault. Our line is AWFUL!!!. I haven't seen Maybin make 1 play!!!!!! Oher was the pick! I will never jump off the bandwagon but this is just tough to take...weel after week...year after year
  3. Good post! That's exactly why he has Hall of Fame numbers. Averages over 1000 a year and double digit touchdowns, Our teams failure has nothing to do with TO.
  4. didn't see this posted. Sorry if it was. This makes me ill http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post?id=4056
  5. he was sporadic, to say the least, but with weapons like Evans and TO, he might have been the guy to take the shots and go deep. (I do think Trent is the better overall QB though)
  6. just great....Byrd and Wilson are starting
  7. connor barwin maybe?
  8. I would love to see a good coach brought in, but I doubt we would get one. Gruden, Shannahan, Cowher, SHottenheimer, Mariucci. They are all out there. But there is no way we pay the coin to get any of them.
  9. a new coach and QB
  10. I like Trent. he's an accurate passer. He doesnt make too many mistakes. Blah blah blah...........I'm sick of hearing these comments about Trent. He throws for 5 yards EVERY DAMN PLAY!!! Something happened to him to mke him a Nancy and I hope he snaps out of it. If not, then we need to draft a QB
  11. actually...no. What concerns me is that a very inexperienced line is playing well, which is good, but I feel like we do need some sort of veteran presence on the team. If they thought his knee couldn't hold up, then fine. I just think it's a lot to put on a team to have 3 rookie starters, and possibly throwing a 4th one out there in the near future. Scott is pretty young as well. If they do well, its a moot point, but it just concerns me. I just thought Runyan would be a good veteran add in addition to Meredith
  12. this is why I wanted us to figure out some way to get both Meredith and Runyan
  13. the more I read about Meredith, the more I like him. However, we don't even know if he is NFL caliber at all. Sure he has upside, but I would have rather a vet. Better yet, why not bring both him and Runyan in?
  14. He was released from the practice squad
  15. Not really surprising. I know a lot of you here wanted Freeman in the draft to begin with. thoughts?
  16. disregard, just got the text
  17. why hasn't there been anything official from OBD so far about this signing?
  18. that's exactly my question. Can any team sign any player from their practice squad? does it need to be agreed to? how does it work?
  19. Am I panicking to early? We need to get a lineman in before Wednesdays practice. Not a peep out of the FO or football sites that we are planning on doing anything
  20. I hope we do sign Runyan, but one thing worries me after comng off surgery, is that they might pass on him because they run the no-huddle. Do any of you think that could affect us signing him?
  21. we can't go into this SUndays game with a depleted o-line. We essentially have one 2 backups now in Chambers and Mckinney. That's just not gonna cut it. At least we have 43 DB's
  22. I'm watching Tim Hasselbeck break down the last 2 touchdowns, and Ellison was pretty horrible at guarding Watson at the end of the game. If Poz is in there do we have a better chance at defending? I would have to say yes
  23. He would have been able to help a lot with the tackle on offense. I wish he decided to come here. Could have been a lot different
