Is he someone to be the answere for a year or two opposite Stevie if he comes back?

Looks like he might be a cap casualty. Can he still play at a high level? Maybe the edge rush we need?

Should we go after him if he's cut ? Does he fit as 4-3 backer or more 3-4?

From rotoworld: After meeting with Bills brass Friday, the player rep for free agent Stevie Johnson said he emerged "very optimistic" about Johnson signing a long-term deal to stay in Buffalo. By most accounts, Johnson's contract demands are within reason and under $9 million annually. "We had a very productive meeting," said Johnson's agent, C.J. LaBoy. "I'm very optimistic. I'm looking forward to continue talking."

I'll try to find a link but it seems that he wants around 8 and the Bills will only pay 6. If this is true and we lose him I'm gonna b livid

Sources tell the Buffalo News that Ryan Fitzpatrick's midseason injury in 2011 included four cracked ribs and an injured sternum. It sounds pretty severe, but Fitzpatrick insists the injury had no effect on his performance. "My only reaction would be, I don't really want to comment at all," Fitzpatrick said. If we truly are spending to the cap this year, do you think we will go after Williams? And maybe if not him then Cliff Avril? we go after some of these guys? I know we normally don't go after big name free agents, but I have a strange feeling we might be players this year to get playmakers, at least on offense, through FA to give Stevie some help on the outside. Any thoughts?

I know we need a lot of hep on defense, but he seems like a solid pick for an OT. I on;y saw the game between Iowa and Michigan and wasn't looking out for him. Anyone have any info?

Here is the issue. We are upset because Maybn has 3 sacks in 3 games and our team could use a pass rush. Maybin would not help at all on this team. One sack in the 1st quarter would do nothing. He is barely in the game. He can't play the run so he is used sparingly, I watched the game. We need consistent, I repeat CONSISTENT, pressure on the QB. Just because he got past the RB one play and they had one extra guy on the field where he wasn't blocked another, does not mae him good. I don't wish him the worst, but he wouldn't help.
