  1. I normally wouldn't agree trading the house for a player, but I agree on this one. This franchise needs RG3. Right now, we're like Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction, on the verge of death. Griffen III would provide the needed shot to the chest to revive us. Transcendent players like him make everyone look better.
  2. I got the Ortiz one too. So disappointing.
  3. What he says here is reasonable, but from listening to his weekly segment on WGR, I don't put much stock in his analysis anymore. He seems to rely a lot too much on stats. He matter of factly stated the Bills had no chance before this year. I just don't buy what he's selling.
  4. Agreed. Everyone is making a big deal of the fact that no one came. Um, do people realize that teams don't fly out to watch veterans work out - they bring them IN for tryouts. It wasn't a Pro Day. Just an agent's media buildup for a client.
  5. Everyone is just walking down the Midway with cotton candy....
  6. They just signed him to a long term deal. Why would they pay out all that bonus money and then trade him?
  7. I think you need to consider neutral site matchups when you do the rankings, and although I'm still smiling from yesterday, I would still like the Pats - for now - in that scenario.
  8. Agreed... the unsung heroes after three weeks.
  9. He's gonna be a guard there. For the life of me, I don't understand why he never got a shot at our RG position.
  10. Aiken has looked good, but lets keep in mind that he was playing mostly against backups. I think he'll be a great PS candidate, then have a great opportunity to make the squad next year or even later this year.
  11. Didn't watch any film? Didn't he do commentary for like 10 of our CBS games last year?
  12. You just described me. I think that's why people don't like him.
  13. He's not a fit in our D
  14. Nope, that was William Joseph
  15. I could not disagree more. We can argue all day about whether or not college athletes should or should not be paid. But the fact of the matter is right now they are not, and Pryor has been behaving in a manner that is blatently opposite the current rules. When Pryor showed up to work out after Tressel stepped down in another new "loaner' car, that told me all I needed to know: He's not capable of being a starting QB in the NFL. Don't wast a pick.
  16. Most troubling to me is the fact that an employee from that insurance company would divulge such information, and give his own name. That's dumber than a millionaire taking out a high interest loan.
  17. Lol, not to bust you up too much, but what candidates do you know of that would be exciting for the jobs? Cowher and Schottenheimer?
  18. If anything, this reason has been pushing me away. The losing stinks as it is, but the drunks have made the game day experience so much worse.
  19. I don't know about Scaife. He wouldn't be a terrible addition, but he's 30 and hasn't been as effective the last few seasons. I would imagine Zach Miller and Kevin Boss are better available tight ends.
  20. Based on Bucky's player comments, you would've thought he was gonna give us a high grade. Bizarre.
