  1. I would still draft Te'o without hesitation.
  2. The video was entertaining. Not sure where he is going to end up, but he'll be fun to watch at the next level.
  3. Not a Trestman fan. Personally, don't see how they are better off with Trestman over Lovie (and I'm not crazy about Lovie). But I can certainly be proven wrong.
  4. His record at Miami (OH) should be part of the equation, but you can't get lost in it. Joe Flacco's record against D2 competition was 13-9, and he was a man amongst boys. He's doing alright.
  5. Trestman played college/pro football for five years. Marrone played college/pro football for seven years. Marc Trestman has 28 years coaching experience (including CFL). Marrone has 20 years coaching experience. Trestman is 57. Marrone is 48. Not quite sure how you figure Marrone has half the experience of Trestman - especially when you consider Trestman's only head coaching experience is in another game, whereas Marrone's was the same game (albeit at the collegiate level).
  6. Huge fan of Kruger. He has really grown into their defense. I don't think they let him walk, though.
  7. Oh, no doubt one of those guys on the Bills would be exhilarating. But I'm just saying, the goal is to win Super Bowls, and despite the new trend, a fleet-footed QB hasn't been in a Super Bowl lately
  8. They won that Super Bowl despite Trent Dilfer. If the Ravens win it all this year, it will be because of Flacco.
  9. By my count, 3 of the 4 QBs left in the playoffs are classic pocket passers. Just because a "trend" is happening, doesn't mean you need to follow.
  10. I see you have Glennon listed in your sig mock. What makes you so confident that he's a better pro prospect than Dysert?
  11. I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that Spencer has no intention on leaving Dallas.
  12. Oh come on. This mirrors what happened to Bills fans three years ago. Big talk from the top of the organization about sparing no expense, big names being tossed around, and you end up with... and offensive coordinator from a bad team? I guess at least Chudzinski was gainfully employed at his time of hire (unlike Gailey). Not saying he's going to fail in Cleveland, but right now, how can you not feel some empathy for them?
  13. Vernon Davis?????? There are no words....
  14. Bingo! It is incredible to me how wrong so many big media outlets can be with ZERO consequence. Somehow, people were dead wrong on the two big names (Kelly and Reid), yet it just gets swept under the rug.
  15. I honestly don't think that word has ever been used on TBD before
  16. So I am trying to figure out why Schafer left Stanford after such a great year...? Harbaugh hadn't left yet.
  17. It would be naive to suggest there is no difference, despite the Wright brothers wonderful invention. That's like saying flying from Buffalo to Baltimore is the same as flying from Buffalo to Los Angeles.
  18. In an odd way, if Chip Kelly goes back to Oregon, I'll like this hire much more. Because that will mean while Kelly was stringing along Philadelphia and Cleveland, Buffalo realized they weren't in the mix, and pulled the trigger on a guy that could have had multiple suitors once Kelly made his decision. Now the unlikely scenario of Kelly returning? That leaves both teams scrambling. The Bills interviewed five candidates. Since none of those five have been hired elsewhere, it is safe to say that Buffalo truly got their man.
  19. It is all relative. Everyone that doesn't want Whisenhunt or Smith, that is because they have heard the name connected to the Bills and don't want them. All of a sudden, if the names Norv Turnee, Romeo Crennel, and Tom Cable were being tossed around, people would be running lovingly into the arms of Ken and Lovie.
  20. Klein isn't really being discussed as a pro prospect. Only thing I've heard about him is late round.
