  1. http://aol.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2012-04-24/nfl-draft-2012-mock-seven-rounds-luck-giffin-kalil-giants-cowboys-jets-dolphins would not like glenn 1st, and would absolutely want korey toomer*, that 6-2 231 LB from nowhere, with one of our 7ths, but other than that..... * check paulines pro-day-tracker. idaho pro-day. 41 vertical and 4.4 speed. want him that late for numbers alone. perfect will. * or look here http://cnnsi.com/2012/writers/tony_pauline/04/24/draft.late.risers/index.html?eref=sihp&sct=hp_t13_a0 now a 7th may be not good enough though
  2. link doesnt work, but still: iirc, carrington was a pretty good college DE in a 4-3. so why move him?
  3. butkus tried to rip off heads on every tackle. literally. what was the saying then? " when you can´t stand getting your neck turned you shouldn´t be out there! "
  4. buddy said beeing " short armed " works against kirkpatrick. listen here: http://www.wgr550.com/topic/play_window.php?audioType=Episode&audioId=5805131
  5. both. just in case. but freddie 1st
  6. sounds that he absolutely loves gilmore, so i guess thats the 1st rd pick. and though it sound like a jauronism it was buddy who said that you cant have too many corners stated that while they need tackles they can be found later. same with WRs. and they like hairston. now, i know jenkins propably isnt a nix guy, getting that kind of talent in rd 2 is a steal. and he may drop that far due to a thing quite a few on this board are also guilty of. that bong-thing if so, all of a sudden we are set both up front and in the back-end. the importance of LBs in wannys D isnt that great, and we have capable starters already. looking for depth here. hopefully with korey toomer as one of our 7ths. so we have 7 picks to spend on OT, LB and WR. would do for depth and competition. thoughts?
  7. ive just seen a comment from brock huard about small QBs like wilson. stated that brees is the smallest qb to ever have any success. wonder if hes too young to know that flutie led the bills to the playoffs. or maybe he just consideres SB-wins a success.......
  8. threw in another mail just to flood his acc ^^
  9. rotation. rotation. rotation.
  10. no choice here. its espn as only they broadcast
  11. 3 of 8 is a c+ and with a better 11th it would be a B and with that 11th going to the pro-bowl it might have been an A
  12. what buddy had to say about adams likely means: that guy cant move in a coordinated way
  13. he and fitz will likely retire on the same day........
  14. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nfl--west-virginia-prospect-bruce-irvin-ditches-burglary--drug-game-for-shot-at-nfl.html;_ylt=ApZ_aQbwS8XJAMcs_Ksu6OFDubYF
  15. and grab another 3 off the streets
  16. depth. about the only unit deep enough to overcome some injuries is WR and RB. everywhere else we lack depth. yes, even on the DL. can change if troupe and carrington raise their game though. but i have high hopes that chix will add serious depth and talent with the 10 picks they have now
  17. trade down here. not too far so we still can get gilmore. wouldnt mind ingram @ 10 though. nasty rotation.
  18. gilmore instead of kuechly. they like sheppard, 50% is nickel or dime anyways, you can watch for a rangy LB later, preferably after a trade down to say 15. but other than that
  19. heres paulines take: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/vault/article/web/COM1195540/index.htm # 10 still can be ingram. from whats to read here
  20. i have to admit i dont know madonna´s song. even SB-halftime-show i dont watch. but if its offensive, it may add some fire to our border line
  21. 5th rd seems about right. but this guy can play. forget the measurables ( sp?? ) and look at the tape. he may not be a 15-season-starter, but he very well can be a 15-season-backup who gives you some wins in relief. worth a 5th imho
  22. Korey Toomer, who sat on the sidelines in 2010 and was not considered training camp worthy by NFL scouts prior to the season, performed brilliantly in front of eight teams. The 6-2 Toomer tipped the scales at 236 pounds, then ran 40 times as fast as 4.49 seconds. His three-cone clocked 6.86 seconds, and he completed 20 reps on the bench. Toomer's vertical jump was a story in itself, as the athletic defender reached over the 40-inch maximum of the measuring machine on hand. Scouts decided to credit him with a mark of 41 inches. Thus far Toomer has 16 official pre-draft visits scheduled with teams around the league. Not too bad for a prospect considered an afterthought just eight months ago. he´s an OLB, so id love the bills to take a chance on him
